Pumping Routine

Pumping Routine

I know that different routines affect different penises differently and the best routine is to strike the perfect balance between fatigue and rest.

I have a medically prescribed pump used to combat ED. There is no gauge so I have been using discomfort as my gauge to stop pumping.

Lately, I have been loosely keeping to a two day, one day off schedule, once per day, but that may be a bit too rigorous for maximum results.

I usually pump up to where I can stand it and then do kegal exercises in my pumped condition. I will remain pumped up for a minute

or so and then ease off a bit and pump up again to the threshold beyond which would be quite uncomfortable. There is discomfort, but no pain and so far, no injuries. I pump for a total of maybe 30 min. or so at a time.

I do wrap the cylinder with a heating pad for some of the pumps but not all as I like to see where I am in the cylinder when I pump.

MSFG grew from 4.0 to 4.5 in the first three months but the day after pumping, 3 months later (6 months total), I am still 4.5 in.

What do you experienced, successful pumpers suggest to alter my routine for better results?

Thanks

I would like to see a pic of your medically prescribed pump and I can’t believe such medical device would not have the safety feature of a pressure gauge. Also would be interested in the price of your medical device to see how it compares to “over the counter” pumps.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I would like nothing better than to send you a pic but making thumbnails is above my level of expertise. I have tried a few times and finally gave up. I am an old dog and not good at new tricks.

The device does have a preset vacuum limiter for “safety abd comfort” according to the website.

The website is : University Compounding Pharmacy.

I hope this helps.

I tried to find the price by looking for a place to buy it on that site, but I couldn’t find it. Did your insurance help pick up the cost for you?

Anyways, you could find a good LeLuv setup for under $90 with a cylinder to fit your erect size and a pump with a gauge if you would like me to find a web site for you. Using discomfort levels as a gauge for pumping is just not safe in my opinion.

You only need a thumbnail pic for an avatar. To submit a pic of any size located on your desktop or photo library, just click on Manage Attachments at the bottom of the message window to select the picture and follow all of the steps carefully.

I got the battery powered pump as opposed to the manually operated one and my copay was a little over $100 or so.

I have been using the pump for a few months now and have yet to injure myself. I don’t push to where discomfort yields to pain. I get really red in the pump, but when I pull out I am back to my normal color within a few hours.

There are many combinations of schedules. You are currently doing 2 on 1 off. Maybe try every other day next? Or 3 on 2 off. There are lots of combinations, so experiment what works best for you.

You’ll definitely want to get a gauge since the pain a given inHg pressure causes can really vary.

When I first tried penis pumping going up to 20 inHg was excruciating, but when I tried it recently it was only minimally painful. Going by feeling is really unreliable.

Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

What pump with a gauge do you recommend and where can I get one?
