I have been doing PE for around 6 months now with some substantial gains. The length I achieved from hanging and the girth from jelqing.

I bought myself a decent pump with a 2” tube and started pumping three weeks ago. I was pumping for a full week 3 times a day, at 4hg for ten min intervals. My EQ went through the roof… I was having morning wood every day and it was hanging very nice. But after the first week I started getting red dots and a little bruising. I decided to tone it down a little and for the last two weeks I have just been pumping for 1 ten min session a day at 4hg.

My penis still looks a little mashed up but EQ is good. Does anybody have a better starting routine for me to stick too? I would like to start of low and build up my resistance to it. I have tried pumping at lower HG but I hardy get any expantion with that. Since I went straight to pumping every day from hanging every day for 4 months I don’t want to pump “TOO LIHGT” because I don’t want to loose the 0.75” increase in length I gained from the hanging. Have heard if I quit hanging cold turkey I could loose some length.

Would like a progressive routine. EG… 10min per day at XXhg or 5min per day at XXhg then increase time or sets or hg oevery few weeks… Any thoughts would be appriciated. Cheerz Syler

I started pumping 3x5 minutes at 3”-3.5” Hg and I decided to pump only at 3” Hg for time being. I did this for 7-8 days and then I tried 2x10 minutes at 3” Hg 2 days ago. After the session I also noticed some red spots (burst capillaries). Today I did 7 and 8 minute sets and there were no red spots so I’ll do 3x7 minutes for a week and then increase to 3x8 minutes if everything is okay. Adding 3 minutes total time per week is reasonable in my opinion. Starting out with 10 minutes is maybe too much, I guess that’s the problem? What I’m trying to say is reduce time per set and maybe vacuum level a bit (3.5” Hg maybe) and see how it goes.

Why did you quit hanging cold turkey?

I quit hanging because It got too painful. I use a bib hanger and started off very light with the weight, evetually the weight gets easy and you need to keep adding more to keep the gains coming. After months of hanging and adding weight it is just unbelieveably painful to hang with those weights. My ligs need that weight but its just to bad for the skin because I’m having to clamp so tight and its killing the head also

Cheerz for the advise I will try 5min sets with 3hg for a few weeks and see what happens :)

So how much did you gain with hanging and how much weight did you use?

I hope my vacuum hanger will be able to handle 10 lbs, I’ll try to work my way to that weight starting at 2.2 lbs and adding 0.55 lbs every week. :)

I gained 0.75” in about 4 months, I started with 1k and worked my way up to 9kg the increments were 0.5kg. I didn’t up the weight like every couple of weeks it was just when it felt comfortable. 9kg for me is just so painful, it’s not the weight on my ligs its how tight i have to tighten the bib hanger to stop it falling off. Just crushes it to mush…

Maybe need to try a different hanger :)

Impressive gains. How many hanging hours weekly? According to your signature, you have gained only 0.5”, where is the remaining 0.25”? Lost?

What did you do for those 0.5” of girth?

I hardly use the forum any more so my sig is not up to date… I hung every day, I had two days off in 4 months because of penis injury. I just did 1 20min session once a day. I didn’t want to be one of those ppl who hang for hours a day so I tried going for shorter periods with heavyer weight.

Girth was from jelqing mainly and a little from clamping.
