Quitting smoke and or caffeine and erection quality

Has anyone noticed that after quitting these substances they have gotten erection problems. If so how long did it last?

Smoking and caffeine don’t have the same effect on EQ. Smoke is bad, caffeine is good in moderate amounts.

That’s why I said or. I’m talking about the effects of quitting . The changes yor body is going throug during withdrawal. Also even when using caffeine it decreases blood flow

I’m not really an expert, but when I smoke less my EQ goes better. Caffeine intake if anyhting seems to have a positive effect on EQ, although I drink about 10 espresso per day on average. Don’t know if that helps any tiny bit. :)

Well I am mostly referring to quitting. Like any substance your body goes through withdrawal I am curious if anyone had any short term ed while withdrawing?

Anyone?

Smoking is a major cause of ed, caffeine thins blood but I don’t think it causes problems

No I’m talking about the quitting process and withdrawal not the using process

I don’t smoke, but I do drink coffee everyday and I haven’t notice any degradation in my erection quality. Every morning it just stands up on itself. Perhaps, smoking can do effect substantially especially for those heavy smokers.

Quitting smoking will result in better EQ within weeks. Caffeine withdrawal is almost negligible as far as EQ goes.. Assuming you have gotten past the headache stage, simply because having a throbbing erection is the last of your worries when your head feels like a sledgehammer was taken across it.

Don’t find that caffeine affect my EQ in any way. However, during times when not consuming caffeine do notice that I have a much fuller and longer flaccid hang.

Maybe because caffeine depletes water.

It does that, but I drink a lot of water. Think it has to do more with caffeine being a stimulant and a good flaccid hang comes from me being relaxed.

Wouldn’t be able to sleep with 10 espresso’s in me. I’m down to 2 cups of American coffee and 1 de-cafe before 9AM.

I agree with CK - I gave up caffeine for 40 days over Lent, and got about an inch and a half extra flaccid hang within 2 days.
