Rings for Big 6" Girth

Hello, I am new here, hence I am not sure whether this is the right place for this post..

I have been experimenting with rings + injections and it seems to help with my ED. However, I realize that my ring is too tight. I am using size H of the OQ ring that is supposed to fit an unerected penile girth of about 5.5 to 6.25 inches. It is difficult to get on even when I am flaccid, but gets on eventually with the help of a lube.

It helps keep my trimix in, but on one or two occasions, it either resulted in retrograde ejaculation or bloody semen which creeps the wife. I think both of these result from the ring being to tight.

I wanted to try one of the Osborn and Encore rings. With an approx 6” girth, their online tool recommends a ring with a diameter of 2”, but I can’t get one to fit comfortably.

Any tips on what kind of ring to use or does Osborn and Encore make customized rings?

Are you talking about metal rings or stretchy soft ones. If metal, gear essential makes 2.25” ones. The bloody semen sounds scary. Are you sure you should be using rings with the tri mix if that is the effect?

I would prefer adjustable ones. The bloody semen (well, I exaggerated - the semen is not entirely bloody red, but has some bloody spots). Is worrying, but I think it is related to not wearing the right size.

Any recommendations for good adjustable ones is appreciated.

I would strongly advise you do not exploit any activity that is causing you to have bloody semen. I don’t care if it’s blood spots or spraying out like an artery. You should stop this and see your urologist who obviously gave you the tri mix.

I agree with G263. It could be nothing, it could be many things. Play safe.

When it comes to ED and the need for injections, I do not believe adjustable cock rings will stay tight enough to prevent “leakage.” In my experience, Osbon tension bands work best. However, why do you need a cock ring with Trimix. I switched to Trimix to avoid using a tight constriction band. However, I do sometimes need to resort to my Osbon when the Trimix erection starts to fade.

Perhaps you need to ask your urologist to increase the strength of your Trimix.

Ok .. Dtwarren - you are right-on with your question and I left out important details.

I have been on Trimix for the past two years, and over time, experiencing decreasing effectiveness, even with change in strength. Currently, I am on quite a strong Trimix (PGE=80/Pap=30/Phento=5), and it only gives me about a 40% erection, at the initial stages, and then quickly washes off after about 5 minutes, and venous leak seems to be the culprit here (I am scheduled for a penile ultrasound to confirm this in a couple of weeks). In the meantime, only a cock rings seems to be able to help keep the erection strong.

So what kind of Osborn will you recommend — would a large size A work for me, given its diameter is less than 1” and I need one with slightly more?

The “A” large, standard tension Osbon should work. The Osbon is strong and can be stretched to fit a fairly large girth without breaking. However, you should not use the “ears”. They are only used to lift the ring itself up off the skin just enough to get your fingers under the ring to then stretch the ring enough to slide it off.

Though you can stretch the ring enough to slide it down to the base of your erection with your hands, I normally use a VED pump system which is specifically designed to apply a tension band on to the base of an erection. I got one from Amazon for $78.

Is anyone concerned about the bloody semen? Guys come on.

I totally agree with G263. Hey OyiwaaNoela maybe the erection are not last that long or being that because of the bloody semen. don’t take this too lightly.

I mentioned the rare bloody semen to my doctor; we were both puzzled by the fact that the incident only occurred on two occasions when I used the ring - and that it never occurs when I use Trimix alone, or an adjustable penile ring. We plan to discuss this further when we meet next week.
