Hi all. Ive been a fairly heavy smoker ( pack a day sometimz more) for the last 18 years or so ( been smoking since i was 17), i had been feeling erection issues for the last 5 years or so. I want to kick this habit so my erection quality cud improve alongwith arousal so i can reap the benefits of PE fully. I want some motivational stories from the community, people who had quit and seen benefits. Whats your story? How soon you started to see benefits or was everything remained the same when you wr smoking

I think you summed it up nicely. Its really hard to quit. It seems that nicotine is the most addictive drug on the planet

Well it’s up there but I think women are the most addictive drug, at least for me

I’m totally against any kind of smoke addiction and I completely understand the struggle to get out of it, seeing some of my friends being slave of it everyday.

Not sure what to say but I wish you to win this journey as soon as possible.

I would recommend quitting cold turkey. It makes it harder to bend the rules.
I know, it sucks but the detox will be shorter.
Do you have a pack of cigarettes within your possession right now? Flush them down the toilet. You don’t have to finish the pack to quit. Flushing them is a symbol of your strength and it will also require you to go to the store to get another pack. That’s a tiny barrier there. You’ll think less about them the further away they are from your reach.

For me the nicotine urge peaked and fell within a week. It popped in and out of my mind for a month but after that I started forgetting about nicotine in general.

Quitting increased
-sensitivity
-erection quality
-erection frequency

General improvements in mood and health. Lower blood pressure and heart rate as well.

There are lots of why you should stop it, but fuck all of these that is your life and you should do whatever you wanna do that won’t affect negatively others.
Smoke affects your lungs, heart, kidneys and liver, praticaly everything. If it affect your lungs you should take a big look at how.
-First it difficults the passage of oxygen and CO on your veins and arteries, that way it can in long term affect your EQ, EL and all your circulatory system. Therefore when you will jelq or edge for make the flow of new oxygen and nutrients on your dick that will have a serious problem because your lungs and heart are damaged.
-Second, as your lungs and heart will be negatively affected, therefore listed above organs and Endocrine glands, thus directly affecting the amount and proportion of secreted hormones on your body, testosterone, growth hormone, pancreatics etc. As your testosterone levels will decrease your EQ, EL will as well, what makes your testosterone levels balanced? If all the others will not be in balance then lets go to:
-Third, as the majority of smokers do not have an active life because of breathing problems (First issue), it will afect directly on your hormones (Second issue) stimulate your cells, muscles, circulatory sistem with sports, walks and jogs are a certain thing smokers can’t do on a long term because they just can’t take it, their lungs can’t expand as a normal person, they heart can’t beat as good as a non smoker, nor it’s heart have strong and healthy veins to support all those exercises to promove health.
And gets what? It all affect the minor thing a smoker can care: his dick.

A success story I can give you is of my uncle: obese and smoker, he said “this year I will stop smoking and have a healthy life” 58 years old, he went to a steam room for I don’t know how many time, but did for 3 direct days without smoking, on the first day he felt good, the nicotin leaves it’s body as your skin is sweating, on the second day he felt great, the third day was just to feel secure. Then he started to walk 30 minutes a day for 2 months, lost 15 kg, 3 month he went to a gym near his home, started to run a do some weight lifting, but yes he had to deal with the vicious thing of some other chemicals conteined on cigars, but he kept strong and made it. He is now 2 years off cigars and living healthfully, he is no swole or ripped guy, he now just love to enjoy again the smell of food and perfumes of his wife, and wake up in the morning ready for the day. I never asked about his sexual life, I really do not want to know what he do with his wife.

Dang man, smoking for 17 years? I started smoking when I was 18. I smoked a pack of Newports a week along with smoking weed everyday. Then for some reason I stopped. I noticed smoking and drinking never benefited me. My life didn’t change for the better, so I just stopped cold turkey. I miss smoking weed though, but I know it never did me any good. I’d try to keep busy and keep your mind off of it. The less you think of it, the less you will feel like you need it.
