SOY and ED

SOY and ED

Started drinking soymilk and I’m suffering from severe limp dick. I mean it’s been bad here and there, but I literally can not get an erection for the life of me. I exercise daily and consume more fruits and vegetables in a day than most people in a month.
I get a decent amount of protein as well.

I read that soy can cause this. But it specifically lists GMO soy. The stuff I buy is organic, but who knows. Could still be GMO soy?

Anybody else have negative experiences with it in this regard? Prior to all this, I read about how good soy is for your heart.

Since you are my property, the contents of your mind are also my property, and you will give them to me when I ask.

So are other things good for you heart but coming back to soy milk is not the cause may be you overdoing it with exercise and it is a quite common problem in gyms that is why guys take testosterone of one form or another but try a good NO or L-Arginine twice daily

I guess my heart is good. Hasn’t given out on me yet and I exercise daily pretty much. Not like I do 2 hours per day. Yoga a couple days, the other days 150 pushups, 200 bicycle crunches, 400 jumping jacks. Other days about 45 min of heavy weights, or resistance bands or kettle bells. Some days stair sprints or 2m on the treadmill.

I about to admire your records but you know what to do

Sorry, I do not understand what you’re getting at.

I didn’t even need to read that whole message to know the answer… I been reading up on GM foods lately, and it is bad news all around, as well as that there was a page I read that says soy is feminising (it encourages estrogen) so bad bad bad all around for us blokes.
I only use olive oil (extra virgin) or normal olive oil that is refined if I need to cook something at a higher temp, since Olives are never GM as it has not been done yet and never likely will be.
I also use coconut oil (Virgin).
These are not cheap oils, but they are far better for you.

A side note, I use extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil on my skin as I get eczema and oil direct on the skin helps better than any medicine ever did.
The main things to worry that could be GM or GM contaminated (even if they say it is GM-free it can still be contaminated without them discovering it yet), those crops to avoid are Rapeseed (Canola), Corn, Soy, Rice.
In the USA I would avoid buying Italian EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) as it is known to be of high risk of being adulterated for exports to the USA, and I would go with a USA made brand like “California Olive Ranch” or other such ones like some Texas grown and made ones as these are very pure and good and not adulterated. There are many USA made ones and if you live in the US this is the best option to avoid tampered product, as well as supporting your home economy :)
(I have no financial interest in that company and I actually have no financial ties to the USA at all, I just wanted to spread the word of a good brand that I have heard of and bought when I visited the US).

(Oils applied topically do get absorbed into the bloodstream, which can be a good thing depending if it is good oil of course)

Loved going to Cuba! :)

I'm surprised that Americans can't go because their government says they can't!

Some research suggests that large doses of soy may decrease penile function. A certain isoflavone found in soy, daidzein, and its effects on erectile functions were studied in rats. Research published in the “Journal of Andrology” found that consuming daidzein in youth could negatively affect penile functioning into adulthood. Rats that consumed daidzein had softer erections; however, testosterone was not significantly affected. In this study, daidzein did not affect penis size and growth. However, researchers admit that rat studies do not necessarily reflect the same results in humans.

Don’t eat any soy. Problem solved. Soy has phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens = bad for men. Only women who want larger boobs should eat phytoestrogens.

Yep. Yet another attack on men.

Just don’t consume it, no matter what 5

If you do not drink a soy milk but the symptom is the same, you can treat it with the help of Generic Levitra. Here is a great website where you can buy the Ed drugs cheaper than in at a local drugstore: This medicine is effective in a body for 12 hours.

Soy raises estrogen levels, which can impact erections.

Men need some estrogen, but you should not be “supplementing” to add more.

Drop the soy milk as soon as possible. If you are avoiding dairy, try almond or coconut milk instead.

Loose any soy products

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Even Starbucks, home of the hipster, is serving almond milk and seeing soy consumption decline.

Maybe oprah said something.
