Hey guys, so recently I gave up porn for (insert large list of reasons here) and to be honest, I don’t feel like it’s doing me any good. I did some research and saw nothing but benefits. However, giving up for me has made me unable to achieve a full erection on my own, I can’t masturbate, and when I’m with a girl I either can’t achieve an erection or I have to take a viagra and even then I can only achieve around 50%. Anyone else had a similar problem and can offer some solutions? Thanks guys.

Only a few weeks admittedly, but I don’t even wake up with morning wood anymore and it kinda scares me.
And viagra is not a common action no, but every time I’m with a new girl I get anxiety so I have to use viagra the first couple of times.

After a month or so you’ll be great, give it time. You’ll get morning wood that’s almost painful.

That’s good to hear, but I fear its going to hinder my gains as I’m unable to edge after a session or clamp. Which is another thing causing more anxiety, do you think I should just take a month off from everything and come in fresh?

I’m at the end of month 1 of a 2 month break from PE, porn & fap. I was having serious EQ problems where I couldn’t stay hard long enough during sex to climax. I took similar advice and while things didn’t immediately spring back (like in week 1 or 2 things hadn’t changed much), my EQ has slowly gotten better and now I’m always able to finish during sex (although sometimes it’s still a bit of a mind game and I have to relax myself, clear my mind, breathe and press on - years of bad habits I’m overcoming).

I still can’t give myself a decent erection (minus porn) with which to measure so I’ve switched to checking my BPSFL (which thankfully, hasn’t declined). Can’t wait to get back to PE in about a month but it will be minus the porn & fap if I can control it. Good luck - better days are coming (pun intended)!

I have stopped watching porn for two weeks now. I’m having issues achieving erections as well. I think in two weeks only one morning did I wake up with morning wood. I have also stopped clamping and masturbating because I can’t get a good erection. I’m excited for this ‘reset’ that titleist has mentioned. I did notice that my flaccid penis looks and feels healthier and is hanging lower but thinner. Probably because I’m not clamping. Anyways I hopened it works out to our benefit. Actually I’m sure it will. Keep going.
