The Science of Libido and EQ - What do we really know?

Yep forgot to mention my One a Day Multivitamin and I do exercise regularly. Generally 4-9x a week.

Well, for the last days my libido and EQ has been pretty decent. I don’t go around with a boner all day, but I have a WARM and fat flaccid, contrary to the slightly cold and thin flaccid I have in my bad periods.

I just started a jelqing + waterpumping regiment as well, that may be helping, although I’m confident it’s not the main reason.

Sure you’re not taking too much at once? I’ve heard some people have libido issue from too high doses of fish oil. Are you also taking zinc in addition to ZMA?

I think some of what you listed are good staples, but some of the more exotic ones I don’t think you should combine all at once, but I may be wrong.

Sure you don’t exercise too much? Over training can easily kill your libido/testosterone.

I don’t use porn, but for me, it seems like ‘use it or lose it’ is true. Regular masturbation seems to encourage a good libido.

Yeah I’m taking another 100mg of Zinc on top of the ZMA. My exercise routine isn’t too drastic, the reason the count is so high is I count a cardio session as one so if I run in the morning that’s one and then lift in the afternoon/evening that’s two for the day. The fish oil is with the product recommended dosage and have been taking it awhile whereas the libido issues are relatively recent.

Its commonly said that up to 100 mg/day of zinc boost the immune system, above that can depress it, so careful with the dose.
