Twisted penis
Hey all,
New to the whole PE thing. Now that summer’s hit, I’m going to be more active about it. However, there’s one thing about my penis that’s been bugging me, and I was hoping someone on here could address it for me. My penis is a bit twisted. Not bent, and therefore not Peyronie’s, but twisted. It twists to the left maybe about 30º. Pic attached. (I tried to post this in the “Member’s Pics” forum, but I don’t have privileges yet, so please forgive me.)
I’ve tried to look into this online a bit, and most of the results that do talk about twists and not bends suggest that it’s not abnormal, and it’s nothing to be worried about. I would really have no trouble with it, if not for the persistent discomfort that comes along with it. I’ve had this issue for as long as I can remember. Because it twists to the left, it actually also leans slightly to the left. I’ve noticed that it is extremely uncomfortable whenever I “force” the penis to lie flush with my body to the left — flaccid or erect. I don’t really know how to describe the discomfort; it is only that — discomfort. But it’s uncomfortable enough to make me actually want to “force” my penis to the right whenever I wear something tight on the groin like jockstraps or swimsuits (I usually wear boxers). But of course it always comes “undone,” so I find myself adjusting to push the penis to the right quite often. It’s kind of irritating, and is also becoming slightly worrisome.
One last thing, I find that I notice this discomfort more after masturbating. Which led me to believe that it may simply be psychological. But this has been with me for years, and is persistent and never fails to give me discomfort. So much so that, actually, when I sleep on my left, I continue to want to tuck my penis to the right with the sheets, so that it does not lean to the left.
I don’t know if any of you that are more familiar with the anatomy of the penis have any suggestions to offer. Can this situation be alleviated with the PE exercises like jelqing? Should I maybe see a urologist? I should, shouldn’t I, even if only for peace of mind?
