Stretch from behind or central is me reading too much :P I found an alternative nubie stretching routine which starts with stretches reaching from behind the arse (maybe I am not using the correct terms here). Also adds in 3 middle/central stretches.

If you are not getting gains there maybe something wrong so SLOW DOWN. Be careful with the BASE of the penis as this is the MOST SENSITIVE. Injury can be PERMANENT!
