I’ve realized I mismeasured my BPEL and I’m actually 5.1’ BPEL (at best). Downer.

I just finished my 15th session and got the ruler out and no gains. Is this normal? Could I be doing anything wrong?

I am currently doing 12 30sec normal stretches, 3 from behind, 3 down, 3 central, 3 up, and 3 rotary stretches. I am doing 250 Wet Jelqs then warm down. I tend to stop every 25 or so to get full erect and then start again.

Does anyone have any advice?

I was circumcised when I was 14 so when I masturbate I have to be quite rough (for quite a long time!) to get enough sensation and I tend to do it after PE. Could this have any impact?

How many weeks have those 15 sessions been spread out over?

How long do your jelqs take?

Are you doing kegels?

Have you noticed improvement in flaccid hang or erection hardness?

What do you mean a stretch from behind or central? :P

My only advice is when you masturbate, don’t spank it out ASAP. Try edging and holding off, and if you cum, don’t sweat it.

15 sessions in no more than four weeks.

Try to make Jelqs last 3 seconds each and in total usually takes 20 mins to half an hour.

I am not doing kegels but I’ll start. Should this be done during the routine? I thought it could be done anytime.

Slight improvement in erection hardness, flaccid hang is inconsistent.

Stretch from behind or central is me reading too much :P I found an alternative nubie stretching routine which starts with stretches reaching from behind the arse (maybe I am not using the correct terms here). Also adds in 3 middle/central stretches.

I’ll start the kegels after each session and be less aggressive with the masturbation. I am just thinking that at times my PE can go on for a long time, could I be taking to long, too many breaks?

250 jelqs sounds like too much for your first 15 sessions. I don’t know how you are doing it, but I would try focusing on quality, not quantity. I’ve never had a specific routine, I generally just do whatever I feel like and get decent gains, but I try and focus on quality. Have you also given yourself sufficient rest? If you have been hard at work maybe a 3 day rest then re-measure?
Or perhaps look at PE holistically and try and increase blood flow and improve your micro nutrient intake. Vitamins and minerals are probably very important in the healing process, I’m not sure, but it could be a factor.

If there is nothing wrong with your routine though, I would try and look at your body holistically and try and improve it.

I am starting a weightlifting diet again (new years resolutions) so plenty of raw veg and protein in there as well as multivitamins.

I am using aloe vera Valvoline body gel for lube.

For my jelqs, I try to grip as tightly as I can and make sure and take three seconds from base bottom of head then switch hands.

I find kegels are best done when I get into bed with something to read before I go to sleep. If your erection has improved, this shit is working. The first step is increased circulation and that’s what improved hardness indicates. Flaccid hang will always be incosistent, but it’s more a matter of feel; does it GENERALLY feel a little chubbier than pre-PE?

I’d cut the kegels down to 100 for now, concentrating on making each one count rather than focussing on the number so much. My 100 usually takes me about 6-8 mins.

Keep an eye on your PIs and be patient - building blood vessels etc. takes time.

I would say that it does generally. It is definitely puffy after each session.

Should I be using talcum powder for the stretches? At the moment I just do them after the towel rap.

I’m sure this has been asked before but, how do these routines make the penis actually grow? I thought they just stretched the tissue and that the tissue was cartridge, rather than muscle, so breakage and healing would result in scar tissue forming which produces the gains. Will new veins start to grow as the penis gets bigger?

PE is measured in months and years not weeks my friend. Stay consistent for at least 3 to 4 months before you measure. And when you measureo it after a break so you can really get an accurate measurement

But I will add a response for what to do when starting out and looking for confirmation whether this works.

Track your BPFSL, it will usually increase before BPEL does

Stay consistent, measuring can be a bit tricky sometimes if you’re anything like me ( I curve up) you can’t use a ruler.. You’re better off using tape. Or you’ll have to measure at about 80% of your erection when your soldier ain’t looking towards the sky. I was discouraged the first time I measured because I didn’t take this into account. When I measured with tape I was able to take curvature into account and turns out I had grown .2 inch.
