2 difficult questions for veterans
Hi guys,
Im a bit of difficult situation. Im gaining like hell with jelqing and stretching but I keep getting hard I tried everything all of your tips, a long break of 1 month and no porn didnt do the trick it only seemed to make it worse now I cant even stretch while getting hard.
Now I got 2 questions:
1) I now gained almost 2cm and I need another 0.6cm to get my ultimate goal. You guys need to know how frustrating it is that I was doing so well and now I want to PE but my mind doesnt want too. Now If I switch to another PE method and I want to change to hanging. If Im switching to hanging while I be able to cement or stay at this BP length or will my jelqing gains dissapear as I stop jelqing? I want to change because I dont see a way out and I dont want to lose the gains and maybe even gain with another method.
2) Can someone explain the basics of hanging? What equipment do I need, how much time do I start hanging and what wheights and does someone has a routine for me?
Please help me I need help badly because im out of options.
