Is the problem just with jelqing? If you want to gain length you don’t need jelqs, stretching alone can get you there. It might be slower than stretching + jelqing, but it’s only an additional 0.6cm you’re after. Stretching alone could also be faster, you never know, as every body is different. There are some great examples of people gaining through manual stretching alone. I found great inspiration in gentlepsychopath’s progress log. He stretched for 30-40 minutes a day, 5 days a week and made massive length gains.

If you get hard during stretching, just masturbate beforehand.

In my (admittedly non-expert) experience, no. And there’s no reason you can’t continue jelquing when you can, as long as your EQ stays good.

Masturbating before hand changes my dick to a large thick flaccid. Its not easy for stretching.

I first had the problem with jelqing only know I have the problem with manual stretches too. Its like the skin under my glans stretched out too much. When I stretch I dont have a grip even with baby powder and a toilet paper which always worked.

Im gonna try and try and hopefully I can do 1 of them. Its a good tip manual stretches only if Im able to do it again.

But dont you think I will lose gains because most of my gains came from jelqing I think? I only stretched 10 mins a day maybe bit more 5 times a week.

I know what you mean about a large thick flaccid but just warm it well and keep stretching. It might not be ideal but better than nothing - if you slowly increase stretch time from 10 to 15 … to 30min, your flaccid will get used to stretching. It will also stop getting hard. I had the same problem but after a few months I no longer get hard when I stretch (apart from particular stretches that I no longer do because they always get me hard).

As long as you continue with PE you won’t lose your gains, even if you change your technique. Also, stretching is for length, so you wouldn’t lose length gains from jelqing. You might lose girth gains though - what some people do is first focus on length until they hit their target and then do a girth only program

Have you read this thread yet, your foreskin is important! There is a long post on page 2 about the importance of foreskins.

While there are a few on this site that have had adult circumcisions, and there are some of those who were happy with the results, there are far more of us who are happy with our foreskins.

There are far more guys trying to either regrow their foreskins or restore their glans than there are examples of successful adult circumcisions.

Yeah I know its important and I dont want to lose it but it looks like the skin under my glans is causing all the problems. I hope hanging isnt gonne be a problem if thats too difficult with my foreskin too then I have to do it. Then I will PE so long that I restore my foreskin and maybe wait 6 months again to restart. Dick size is more important for me then foreskin.

Too bad and a shame I only needed 0.5cm more and now every method seems impossible. Hopefully hanging is giving me the strength I need
