Masturbating before hand changes my dick to a large thick flaccid. Its not easy for stretching.
I first had the problem with jelqing only know I have the problem with manual stretches too. Its like the skin under my glans stretched out too much. When I stretch I dont have a grip even with baby powder and a toilet paper which always worked.
Im gonna try and try and hopefully I can do 1 of them. Its a good tip manual stretches only if Im able to do it again.
But dont you think I will lose gains because most of my gains came from jelqing I think? I only stretched 10 mins a day maybe bit more 5 times a week.
