3 month hanging update
I just want to update everyone on my gains. I started hanging 3 months ago..
Hanging with 2.5 lbs SD and BTC
10 hours a week
30 minute sets
(For anti-turtling I either keep stretched for additional 30 mins after hanging or jerk off. Both seem to work just great)
Starting: 5.75 BPEL
Current: 6.7 BPEL
That’s almost 1 inch in gains and the ruler doesn’t lie. My goal is to get to 7.5 and then work on girth. (Pump for girth?)
Yes.. It works! I was skeptical at first but it actually works.
TIME is the key. I haven’t moved up in weights yet and seen great results in 3 months hanging with 2.5 lbs.
