3 questions for the experts

Does a couple mins in a hot shower suffice for warm ups? Also how much force should be used for stretching? And should I do stretches flacc or w/ semi?

First of all peoples in here do not like shortcuts and slangs as “Hey ya’ll happy 2 b here”. I honestly don’t mind but other peoples do.

1. Hot shower is a good way to warm up.

2. Stretch force is very individual thing. I started too strong when I started my journey and its lead to a little injury so you better start at weak-medium force and increase it. But the most important thing is listen to your penis indication as post training pain and erection quality.

3. Flaccid .

My understanding is that the purpose of the rule regarding proper spelling and grammar are that non-English speakers use translators to read the forum.

Although not backed up by science, i avoid hot showers because I dont really want to boil my balls for fertility reasons. Am i just making it complicated? Or is it reasonable?

I don’t think a couple of minutes in a hot shower is enough time for a good warm up, nor in my opinion will it affect sperm production. A daily hot bath for several minutes is good for a warm up and would likely negatively impact fertility.

Personally, it takes me several minutes with the hot shower focused on my balls to get them to hang lower, which I also take as an indicator of a good warmup.

A couple of minutes in the shower is better than no warmup.
