4 weeks gain
I’ve been doing PE for 4 weeks now, and I was wondering if they were proper gains for 4 weeks. I warmed up for 5-10 min, jelqed for 10, stretched for 5 and did 50 kegels 2 on 1 off.
I gained .2 girth and .1 or .2 in length. Are these normal gains?
And when I jelq for about 10 min, I see a slightly purple/blue spot in head. When this happens I gently squeeze the head and it goes away. Should I stop workouts when it happens or is it nothing too serious?
