5 weeks in now
Hi all I’m 5 weeks in now doing the linear newbie routine should I have made any newbie gains yet or improved erection quality because I have neither yet. I know it’s a slow process but plenty on here mention newbie gains. I’ve ordered a couple of cable clamps for a couple of months time but the whole clamping thing is a bit scary to me. I’m thinking of adding the bedtime fowfers that have been mentioned. What words of guidance can you give me. I’m also really interested in flaccid gains .
