9 Months in to PE - Progress Asking for Feedback

I’m looking for some advice on my routine. I haven’t been making much progress. I am 6 foot 168 pounds. I usually do cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon / evening. 7” BPEL 5” EG- My goal is 8x6. EQ is pretty good but I sometimes do not have morning wood. When I started about 9 months ago I was ~6.5” BPEL

Routine:

*5 min hotwrap OR shower with bathmate
*20 min standard jelqs with coconut oil
*5 min hotwrap OR shower with bathmate

*Sometimes twice a day- Mid morning and before bed
*~20min edging about half the time after the jelq sessions or before bed
*Sometimes bathmate in the shower in the early morning

*Hang with the X-Sleeve discussed and advertised on this site half of time after jelqing

My diet is very very clean. Lean meats, vegetables, quinoa, occasional organic whole wheat pasta, basil, maca powder and spirulina powder and organic vegetable protein powder, and quite a bit of ground up Almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans, sometimes cashews and brazil nuts with a bit of honey or agave nectar.

Any ideas for adding to or improving this routine? Or comments / criticism / critique of anything in this post?

Wow you went from 6.3 BPEL to 7 BPEL and from 4 MSEG to 5 MSEG wow that is an amazing gain.

Ok i can’t give you and advice but you started with newbie routine.

I think that short intense exrcises are the one’s which help with growth after you’ve hit a plateu.

But then again i’m just a newbie hope the great veteran guys give you an advice and guide through your PE journey good luck.

I think you shoyld increase the warm up session up to 10 mins or even more.

I found that it helps with growth and healing the whole ligaments and tunica and aids with the recovering phase.

Also increasing your warm down up to 10 mins might be beneficial too.

Why don’t you do streches i think it will help you a lot more.

I’ve found manual streches is far greater at list for me.

Maybe if you decrease your jelqing from 20 to 15 mins and increasing tge intensity might be great along with adding 10 jelqs every day.

You can start by 5 mins streching.

First, a half inch gain in length in 9 months is great. Like for real. So I’d say you’re going to have to lower your expectations a touch.

Second, I’d certainly second the suggestion to increase your warmup and warm down time.

What are your days on and off? 2 on, 1 off is the most popular but anything works if you’re careful.

Also, when was your last break of a week or more?

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I’ve been working at PE for over 9 months. Your progress is great! I’d be ecstatic with those gains.

Thank you very much for the feedback everyone. I will increase warm-up and warm-down time as recommended and incorporate some basic stretches such as up, down, left, right, and the helicopter. I’d have to research more advanced stretches further; in the past I’ve never really understood them well enough.

As I feel like my routine is fairly light, sometimes I only take 1 day off a week, or 3 days on 1 day off. I took a 2 week break about 3 months ago and will probably do that again in early February 2017.

I’m curious Brown what you mean by short intense exercises and about the manual stretches you find effective?

20 minutes of Jelqing isn’t light at all. I’ve never done that many. I’d use more off days if I were you.

This is a very good advice, take it in consideration, please ;)

Yeah. I’ve been doing PE on/off for years and I still only do around 100 jelqs per session.

I meant by short intense exercises that you increase the intensity of your jelqing and decerase the jelqing session form 20 mins to 10 mins and make your jelqs( 7 second very slow strokes)
And you will find it very effective.
Plus start doing manual exercises and try to pull hard but not until you feel pain.
Up 35 secs down 35 secs left 35 secs right 35 secs straight 35 secs.
Try to make it 5 mins at most.
I’m sure it will benefit you pal.
That’s my routine currently.

Oh i forgot increase your jelqs by 25 jelqs every 10 days.
