9 Months in to PE - Progress Asking for Feedback
I’m looking for some advice on my routine. I haven’t been making much progress. I am 6 foot 168 pounds. I usually do cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon / evening. 7” BPEL 5” EG- My goal is 8x6. EQ is pretty good but I sometimes do not have morning wood. When I started about 9 months ago I was ~6.5” BPEL
Routine:
*5 min hotwrap OR shower with bathmate
*20 min standard jelqs with coconut oil
*5 min hotwrap OR shower with bathmate
*Sometimes twice a day- Mid morning and before bed
*~20min edging about half the time after the jelq sessions or before bed
*Sometimes bathmate in the shower in the early morning
*Hang with the X-Sleeve discussed and advertised on this site half of time after jelqing
My diet is very very clean. Lean meats, vegetables, quinoa, occasional organic whole wheat pasta, basil, maca powder and spirulina powder and organic vegetable protein powder, and quite a bit of ground up Almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans, sometimes cashews and brazil nuts with a bit of honey or agave nectar.
Any ideas for adding to or improving this routine? Or comments / criticism / critique of anything in this post?
