A Beginner's Doubt
Guys I’m new to PE and I have some doubts and if you can answer I would be grateful.
-My beginner routine
In 7 days, 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off.
-Start with 5 minutes of heating with shower water.
-5 minutes warm up.
-15 minutes of Jelq lubricated with coconut oil. -5 minutes warm up.
-My measurements
I started on 8/8/2019
* I did not take very accurate measurements.
Standing length 12.5-13cm / Standing circumference 12cm.
My doubts:
Is there a mistake in my routine?
How long do I have to stay in this beginner routine?
What routine should I start once this is over? (I don’t want to use any kind of device)
Can this routine really bring me gains in length and circumference?
* I have had most of the PIs.
