A Beginner's Doubt

Guys I’m new to PE and I have some doubts and if you can answer I would be grateful.

-My beginner routine
In 7 days, 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off.
-Start with 5 minutes of heating with shower water.
-5 minutes warm up.
-15 minutes of Jelq lubricated with coconut oil. -5 minutes warm up.

-My measurements
I started on 8/8/2019
* I did not take very accurate measurements.
Standing length 12.5-13cm / Standing circumference 12cm.

My doubts:
Is there a mistake in my routine?

How long do I have to stay in this beginner routine?

What routine should I start once this is over? (I don’t want to use any kind of device)

Can this routine really bring me gains in length and circumference?

* I have had most of the PIs.

So far I’ve had great results with the PE newbie routine(knock on wood, no injuries). I feel my success has been wholly contributed thus far to a post I read some where on here that heat can be someones key to big gains or no gains. So I started heating my wash rag multiple times(hot water from the tap) for 10 minutes prior to and after my routine. I’m not too worried about girth and I’ve had a couple occasions of a sharp shooting pain after a bad wet jelq(I use petroleum jelly) and I just stopped immediately and gave myself a couple days of rest and eased into my next workout. After 3 weeks I moved into 10-15 min stretching and stayed at 10 minute wet jelq sessions. The biggest thing I’m loving is my flaccid length. I’ve really enjoyed the shower vs grower dynamic. My flaccid length used to annoy the hell out of me when in swim trunks or gym shorts. Don’t over work your doodle, I’m looking at it from a gym stand point in that you fatigue a muscle and keep working it you’re bound to injure yourself. Stay healthy man the growth will come with time! If people are active in updating their stats you can view their routines, health stats, growth stats by clicking their name. I’ve been cutting weight recently and that could also be a reason for my gains but I’m not entirely sure. Good luck on your journey friend!
