A little confused about Lot

A little confused about Lot

Okay so I did the lot test today. I must admit I have a week pc muscle so I can only hold for a fraction of a second. Anyway I felt movement throughout the whole range. This means I can make gains through stretching my ligs correct?

Basically, if your LOT is around 6, then according to Bib’s LOT theory you will have almost no available gains through stretching the ligs. This means that you will need to work the tunica, which means stretching and jelqing in the upper angles from straight out to straight up.

What do you see above 6? You’re looking for no movement as high as possible.

What does “no movement” mean? When I try to do the test as described, I can see my penis being pulled back into the body at angles higher than 9. At all angles below that I still see the skin at the base of my penis moving a little up and down when I kegel, but not the penis itself. I’m confused. What is my LOT?

Of the penis or the skin around the base of the penis?

The less tug back you see going up the clock the better. The higher the loss of tugback, the more potential gains can come from lig stretching. At what point does the tugback stop?

I’m not sure yet that you have read your lot correctly, but if it turns out you have you may still eventually be able to get lig gains because working the tunica will not only lengthen you, it will also raise your lig clock. Once your lig clock is at 7 oclock or higher you can switch to lig stretching untill it gets back down to 6 oclock. Then go back to tunica gaining until your lig clock is raised again. By repeating back and forth you can reach any goals you have. The tunica work will increase your size and the lig work will increase your size. The tunica has the reputation of being tougher to work with and this is why I suggest you may want to switch to ligs when your clock raises. You can acheive big gains in time no matter what your lot is.

Well at 6 I hardly see any movement at all whereas the other locations I see much more movement. I looked at a diagram and I am sure that I am at 6. As far as what type of movement I see it is at the base.

I had tried P.E. before for about 2 months with no gains but I see it might have been due to the fact that I was misinformed on what to do. For one thing I was under the impression that a hundred jelqs were all that was needed daily. Also I was doing a weird stretch where I would pull my flacid penis outward and hold it for 10 seconds, then slap it against the inner thigh for 50 times. I was to do this in every direction to the left, right, down, and up. Anyway I did not see any gains and I now see why that may be.

Hi I am too trying to figure out my LOT.

I seem to get tug back at every angle.

What does this mean?

I just tested my LOT again and noticed it is 6.
