What I think you are looking for is where the ligs in the penis are taking the stress but the head is not moving. It is easiest to see this at the 6 o’clock position. Just move up from there until you start seeing something like what you do at 12 o’clock.
As for what to stretch when, at 9 which is straight out you still have some lig gains to make, so hang SD, or BTC. Once you hit around 7-6 I imagine is when you want to start hanging at higher angles, which could be SO, or OTS, or fulcrum hanging, stretching your tunica to catch up to you ligs, thereby raising your LOT.
