A new manual length exercise for hard-gainers - STRELQ
I started my PE journey in March 2018. I did the newbie, linear newbie, Angion Method without any results. I realised that I am one of those ill-fated hard-gainers. Then I started experimenting with different manual exercises, mixing different stretches and jelq routines (from other PE sites also). The one that I have been doing for the last two months, I would call it the Strelq, is a mix of stretch and reverse jelq. I have finally gained 1/4 of an inch.
The strelq - Get your unit slightly plump (10% - 15% erection) and hold it just below the glans SO (Straight Out). In this position form a small OK grip at the top below the glans and in a reverse jelq motion bring it down to the base of your penis. Instead of an OK grip you may use your thumb and index finger to reverse jelq along the two sides of your shaft. That’s it. This way I am able to stretch both my ligs and tunica. I am hopeful newbie hardgainers will benefit from this exercise.
