Hey, I’m new to PE and have been looking around the site to learn as much as I can. I just wanted to hear from some of you who have been doing this for a while. According to our experience what is the most effective manual routine to obtain length gains? I don’t have any devices right now except for my hands, and I want to keep it that way until my penis is more conditioned.

Nothing else beats stretching. Start out with unidirectional stretches (straight down, straight out, left and right), after you’re well conditioned (3+ months) you can then advance to fulcrum stretches. Remember to use constant heat as much as you can. I’ll recommend you read up Marinera’s thread called “tricks and tips for manual stretching”.
