As an individual who seems to have an easier time gaining girth, I wanted to know what kind of manual exercises for length you guys do.

I’m sticking only to manual exercises for practical reasons (not living alone, etc). Right now, I’m doing stretching in all 4 directions holding for about 45s each stretch; I repeat this twice and then move on with the rest of my PE workout.

*EDIT* I’ve also started doing bed fowfers at night but it gets real uncomfortable after about 1-1.5 hours :(


Start: 5.50" x 4.60"

Now: 6.70" x 4.80" (Goal: 8.00" x 6.00")

Current routine - hanging/ads, clamping and bathmate

I do 5x30 seconds in each direction (10minutes) and 5 minutes A stretches.

If you are gaining with your current length routine then don’t change it. It is better to gain with the simplest routine possible than the most complex. Work smarter not harder.:)

The reason I’m asking is because my length gains seem to have stagnated, and I’m thinking it’s mostly newbie gains that I saw.

—Consider an ADS for Stealth PE?—
Since you have privacy issues, you might consider supplementing your workout with an ADS— I think there’s a lot of stealth ADS devices that could still allow you to maintain your privacy, but prevent you from an early plateau in gains. You’ve had a lot of good growth already, 1.4” is great :)

Anyway, maybe something like a PeniMaster or Golf Weights could work as a good supplement to your workouts.

Are you sure you’re stagnating? You’ve only PE’d for 6 weeks or so— you’ve gained 1.4” too… that’s pretty insanely good…

Agreed man. Thats insane for that short a period of time. After just 6 weeks, I doubt you are stagnated and only you’re newbie gains slowing down.

Try swapping out normal stretches with V, A stretches in all directions since they are a step up in terms of intensity. See how that goes for a while before thinking of an ADS. The PE weights might be a good idea cause they’re so cheap, however.

Yeah—if you’re making huge gains like that with what you’re doing, perhaps you should wait at least a month before changing your routine drastically/ or implementing a new method—what you’re doing is working well already…

By the way, sorry about my mistype! I thought I read 1.4” in gains, but I can see you’ve gained .6” (oops!)

That’s still great though for just 6 weeks…

No, but in all seriousness I’m still very happy with my gains. Another thing is: have any of you noticed that even though you’ve measured growth, your dick doesn’t look very different at all? In my case it looks SMALLER, so I have no idea what’s going on.

An interesting thing about Fowfers is that they have been said to only increase flaccid length/hang. This makes sense because if you stop to think about it you start to notice that you are really only stretching the *skin* on the top/dorsal side of the penis (especially at the base). This allows it to hang downwards more directly so that when you look in the mirror you think it’s getting longer.

As for EL exercises, have you tried BTC (Behind The Cheek) stretches? Do a quick search for them, I feel a very firm stretch inside my penis when I do those.

Yeah—fowfers are pointless for me since I’m doing a few hours a day of BTC hanging—the skin is already getting stretched like crazy there.

I’ve heard at least a few vets say fowfers will never get you erect gains. Combine that with the fact that I’m already stretching that skin, so I haven’t bothered with fowfers because of that.

However, if I wasn’t hanging maybe I would have tried fowfers…

I think BTC type stretches are great if your package is naturally higher (all related to LOT theory, I can’t wait for someone to respond to this). If your package is naturally low, you might want to focus more on SU type stretches..

Anyway, assuming it’s possible to stretch ligs, you’re giving yourself the best chance of easy gains. That’s partly why I’m hanging a lot BTC. There’s a few people on here, who are quite vocal that will tell you “you can’t stretch your ligs”. However, others have seen anecdotal evidence to the contrary.

Perhaps my gains or lack of gains can be further evidence for, or against related theories. (Assuming I maintain a decent level of discipline & keep up my hanging sets).

Anyway, regardless of your physiology, I’m sure you can gain from stretching any direction. However, if you can make it more intense with something like BTC without causing injury, more power to you :)
