My first post YaY!

Been a member for a little while and been PEing seriously for about 4 months. So far I’ve seen minor gains in all areas FL,FG,EL,EG and I am very pleased. I’m currently taking a break and doing more research to keep from plateauing. I just wanted to thank everyone for their knowledge and helpful attitudes but I also have some questions I couldn’t find answers to.

1. I’m currently only doing manual exercises and I was wondering is it possible to gain 2 inches in length and girth doing manual exercises alone?
2. Are there any videos showing the correct way to do a horse 440 (I do 1-5 in every workout but afraid I’m not doing it right)?
3. When doing kegels which is more important: the number of kegels or the amount of time you hold them?
4. Kinda off topic but what are some good supplements for PE if any?

1. Some have done so. Two inches in length is more common than two inches in girth. The former often requires hanging eventually, but some make it to two inches with manual alone.

2. Not that I’m aware of. What is your concern about the way you’re doing the Horses?

3. Both are important. A weight-lifting comparison is helpful: If you did 500 reps that lasted half a second each, you probably wouldn’t gain a whole lot. Likewise if you did just one rep that you took a minute on. (Well, maybe the super-slow works, but it’s painful ;) ) Most guys would suggest mixing up your Kegel routine with series of quick “bursts” of contraction and longer-held super-hard squeezes. A series of 10-second maximal contractions is a great workout.

4. None, although if you have blood-flow issues, some generic Cialis might be helpful.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Thanks for the feedback Para. When I do the squeezes I use overhand grips at the base and the top. Also I don’t jelq in between squeezes but rather rest a minute than get an erection and squeeze. Seems effective but just wanted to make sure I was doing it right.

1) Yes, although 2 inches in girth using ANY method is going to be hard, Ive only seen maybe 2 examples of it.
2) Unfortunately, no.
3) Both. Mix them up.
4) L-Arginine and Zinc perhaps. Do a search on those 2.
