Questions about manual exercises

Been a member for a little while and been PEing seriously for about 4 months. So far I’ve seen minor gains in all areas FL,FG,EL,EG and I am very pleased. I’m currently taking a break and doing more research to keep from plateauing. I just wanted to thank everyone for their knowledge and helpful attitudes but I also have some questions I couldn’t find answers to.
1. I’m currently only doing manual exercises and I was wondering is it possible to gain 2 inches in length and girth doing manual exercises alone?
2. Are there any videos showing the correct way to do a horse 440 (I do 1-5 in every workout but afraid I’m not doing it right)?
3. When doing kegels which is more important: the number of kegels or the amount of time you hold them?
4. Kinda off topic but what are some good supplements for PE if any?
