Today is only my third day of PE. Im a bit qurious of how do i know the workout did what it was supposed to do. I did read the sings of busted capilliaries and all. Am i supposed to always see little pink spots?

You don’t need to always see something physical to know it is working. Sometimes just soreness is the best sign. Little pink spots means you’re on a fine line. That line is you’re overworking a little, and if you continue to do so you might not be so lucky.
