Since the good ol’ uli is just not working, I decided to try the Horse 440 last night at around 2:45 am. OH MAN! I only did 5 of these (10 secs each) due to the fact I had to get up in 4 hours, and when I went to go piss this morning- my dick was swollen still!

I can’t wait to see what these do for my girth!

Now then, here's my question:

When you’re gripping your dick in the stretch, you are supposed to release the hand grabbing onto the BASE of your dick FIRST right?

Well, as soon as I do this- my glans/head loses pressure immediately and ‘deflates’. Is this supposed to happen?

Oh one more!!!

Should I do just one set of 10 Horse440s per day for the first month or so and see where it takes me? Or should I do more than 10 of these per day?

And another thing that huge swelling thing seems to be normal for first timers it will go away and after that it becomes normal PE.

You keep your base-gripping hand tightly clamped on the base as you squeeze the head (or just below it) with the other hand until the right pressure is achieved. Hold it there for thirty seconds at a time. Maybe start off with shorter sets if you want.

I was under the impression that you let go of the had at the base first- so when I do that my glans ‘deflates’.

THAT’S the Horse?

I’ve been doing that for several months now and calling it a “two hand squeeze” with one hand at the base and the other just below the head.

Heck, I “invented” it myself during a pointless jelq session that wasn’t going anywhere (like all jelq sessions, it seems, for me).

It really works, too. 0.3 inches of girth in 4 months.

But I don’t understand the “I only do 4 or 5 of these” comments, though. I need do at least 20 of these things in a row before I consider it a workout.

Do you let go of the hand at the base first or let go of both at the same time?

Don’t get caught up in the names of shit. Focus on the movements. Remeber it as a mental picture, not a name.

When you’re done with the squeeze, just let both hands go at the same time. Don’t hold one hand on there…no need to. Don’t worry about anything bad happening… just let both hands go and get ready for the next one.

What I used to do was for every hundred jelqs, I’d do a (by hand) Uli, a horse, then a Uli. Each I held for a FULL thirty seconds. Get a watch and time it. What you “feel” is long enough is actually shorter than you think. So I would do about 4 or 5 “sets” of this for a workout. So it would be a 100 jelqs, 3 squeezes…100 jelqs, 3 squeezes…etc… after the fourth or fifth time, I was done. Gained .1” of girth in a couple weeks like this. I don’t know if that’s slow or not, but it’s a gain…more than what I ever got from just jelqing alone.

I’ve since cut out jelqs completely. Fuck ‘em. They don’t seem to work for me, and I’ve exhausted every variation of them, every schedule. Don’t waste time. If an excercise ain’t working after a month or two (and you’re really trying hard)…then DROP IT. There are other ways.

YES… definitely check out Gandolf’s videos. They really helped me out when I was stumped (no pun intended).

Sounds like what I did last night… I did 500 jelqs, then 5 sets of Ulis INTO horse 440s. I’m just hoping this attack on my girth won’t slow down my length gains as I am in a period of stagnancy with those right now.

Yeah man. I used to do it like that too. Works good. I think my right forearm is slightly bigger and more muscular than my left one because of all those squeezes and holds.
