A week have passed for streching
Guys a week have passed since I started stretching and today is my first day of jelqing and my routine is warming up 25 minutes and stretching 12 minutes and 15 minutes jelqing then I warm down for 5 minutes and I want to help me guys is my routine good and how many weeks until I see gains I’m wondering between I’m also very active I started sprinting today is my week. Will it help in my PE workouts and thanks in advance.
