Newbie 11th week measurement, Gains

I use a hot wrap, which is a long sock with dry rice and tied off. After hot wrap warm up I use an ADS for 2 to 3 hours a day. I jelq for 20 to 30 minutes, I wouldn’t considerate it intense. Probably 50 to 60% erect and the last 5 minutes 80% erect. I then do the BTC with sitting on my pecker every chance I get. I would say it probably averages an hour to two hours a day.

So below is all of my info. Grams hours is how the ADS is calculated. It’s number of hours multiplied by the grams of tension used to stretch your member. Thanks for the forum guys I read it all the time and the info is extremely helpful. I will be doing the newbie routine for months to come.

Week 3 Gram Hours = 8,850 - “No Measurements”
Week 4 Gram Hours = 7,650 - “End of Week 4 Gains <BPEL = 6.25, EG = 4.687>

Week 5 Gram Hours = 0 - “No Measurements”
Week 6 Gram Hours = 5,400 - “No Measurements”
Week 7 Gram Hours = 6,300 - “No Measurements”
Week 8 Gram Hours = 5,400 - “End of Week 8 gains <BPEL = 6.25, EG = 4.5>”

Week 9 Gram Hours = 12,000- “No Measurements”
Week 10 Gram Hours = 9,300- “Same <BPEL = 6.25, EG = 4.5>”
Week 11 Gram Hours = 9,000- “<BPEL = 6.50, EG = 4.6, PV = 10.945>”

Week 12 = In progress started 9-8-2009

Percentage of PV Gain = 22.3% Not bad at all. I am a very happy camper.

Also the weeks you see with no usage of the ADS or very low hours I still did the newbie routine. I also understand if I stopped PE today my results would vanish.

My goal when I started was 2 years of PE with 1 year of maintenance. Also even after the 1 year maintenance routine I will BTC/Stretch and shower jelq for the rest of my years.

So I have 1 year 9 months of PEing left for gains or I will stop at NBPEL 7” EG 5+”. Only time will tell.

Penox, what make of ADS are you using? I don’t know of any ADS that has a means of measuring traction/tension; are you sure you are not talking about an extender?

Yes I am actually, sorry I thought an ADS fell into that category.

Is there a difference? Wow, even those of us who spend far too much time here keep on learning new stuff about PE ‘technology’. :chuckle:
