Newbie 11th week measurement, Gains
I use a hot wrap, which is a long sock with dry rice and tied off. After hot wrap warm up I use an ADS for 2 to 3 hours a day. I jelq for 20 to 30 minutes, I wouldn’t considerate it intense. Probably 50 to 60% erect and the last 5 minutes 80% erect. I then do the BTC with sitting on my pecker every chance I get. I would say it probably averages an hour to two hours a day.
So below is all of my info. Grams hours is how the ADS is calculated. It’s number of hours multiplied by the grams of tension used to stretch your member. Thanks for the forum guys I read it all the time and the info is extremely helpful. I will be doing the newbie routine for months to come.
