Adding to my routine?
I have been using a quick extender pro for over a year now. My gains are happening but at a much slower pace than I had hoped. I am only using the extender and squeezing after each use for 3-5 minutes. After reading about jelqing I have decided to add jelqing to each extender session. My question is, should I jelq before or after using my extender? How long should I jelq with each session? I also want to goal set to push my progress. Is there an average expectation I can realize, say 1 additional inch in length in three months? What can I expect from this change in routine. Any advice, encouragement or guidance will be greatly appreciated.
