I have been using a quick extender pro for over a year now. My gains are happening but at a much slower pace than I had hoped. I am only using the extender and squeezing after each use for 3-5 minutes. After reading about jelqing I have decided to add jelqing to each extender session. My question is, should I jelq before or after using my extender? How long should I jelq with each session? I also want to goal set to push my progress. Is there an average expectation I can realize, say 1 additional inch in length in three months? What can I expect from this change in routine. Any advice, encouragement or guidance will be greatly appreciated.

I don’t use an extender but I do manually stretch, and the jelquing comes after the stretch. No, I don’t believe that 1 inch in 3 months is possible, based on my experiences.

Thanks Don. I’m going to stick with it because I’m not a quitter. But, kind of discouraged right now. I’m hanging around a plateau that I can’t break through. I appreciate your info and honesty.

I am not. I need some guidance on that. Do you mean constant heat during the stretch session? How could I accomplish that? Help please.

Get an electric space heat and sit at a comfortable distance to maintain the heat.

Bonjour P_h_i_l!
I suggess to jelq before using your extender.
Warm up first (10 min) then start jelq for a few minutes and add more each week.
(after one year,I was able to do jelq for 45-60 minutes)
By the way,I don’t think that is possible to add a inch in 3 months.
P.E. is a long way…you have to be patient.
I worked 6 years for my gains…:-)

Thanks DJ! I’m going to start doing your suggestion tomorrow. I’ve tried jelqing before and could not get the technique down. I got frustrated. Maybe I should start very slow? I usually squeeze without sliding when I try to Jelq. I will give it another try.

Thank you for the link! Did 10 minutes of stretching before strapping on the extender this morning. I’m adding this to my routine. Titleist also encouraged to apply heat as well. So my routine now is:

10 minutes heat
10 minutes various stretches
2 hours extender
Break adding heat at end of break
Repeat..

Does this look good?

I must say, the stretching after heat really feels good! Yep! Good!

What kind of jelq you tried?

Take some time to improve the technique and properly control the erections.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Titleist is right…heat is very important.
I think this is a good start routine to add length.
