ADS after Pumping

Quick Question

Does anyone who actively pumps use an ADS after any of there sessions ? Any negatives with this. I only pump for length, fyi. So I can’t see any issues with my chosen path.

I recently began a new routine: My Quarantine routine. Lol. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while: I’ll be hanging and pumping for the 60 -90 days then evaluate where I am at and how I want to proceed.

Just curious if anyone else has done this .

Yep, I use an ADS for 2-6 hours, especially after hanging, but whether pumping or hanging the ADS idea is the same, to heal in a stretched state. I use hanging for length and pumping, I think mostly helps with girth. I’ve been pumping more than any other kind of PE and have experimented with lots of different techniques and routines. Lately I’ve started a new technique called pria pumping, but I think the benefit is going to be more girth than length. I’ve posted about it (Anyone tried a Pria pump?) if you’re interested If you’re just after length, you need to be using a skinny tube — one that you pack so the only way to stretch is up. We’re all doing a quarantine routine and why not take advantage of the extra PE time! Good luck.

Agreed, def want to heal in the extended stretched state. I have used an ADS for a long time, and ESP after my hanging. I just couldn’t find anything specifically where anyone had mentioned it so I thought to ask.
Yes, I use a small tube for half my time, then a slightly more appropriate one, but still tight for the other half.

I haven’t heard of that type of pumping.
