I realize there s not a yes or no answer here. ADS devices, ESL40 which is what I have, or any of similar design. To me the theory of keeping the penis extended after manual stretching, hanging, etc, sounds logical. I’ve done some searching here, quite a few guys using, But nothing positive or negative.

Question is out to the veteran gainers;

Do you believe using an ADS device with stretching helped or hindered your length gains?

I gained about an Inch by putting in lots of time into extending daily and doing stretches inbetween sets.(5+hours everyday)
If you hit the right intensity/time for your tissue/dick there is a huge chance you will gain with this especially if you havent had newbie gains yet.

I also pumped some at the end of the day after the last set of extending.

Wow an inch gain! That’s incredible, I hate you, kidding. Been training about a year, I’m not a young guy,. Was hoping for a 1/4” or so of newbie gains, no luck. Made some minor girth gains with no focus on girth. I’m basically possessed to gain length. I have a leg and shoulder harness that I used 4-8 hrs a day last year and the JP90 routine. Just curious if this feels ADS has helped or hurt ones length gains.

I attribute most of my almost one inch gain in length to my extender - about 3 to 5 hours a day over five years. I started when I was in my late 60s.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

ADS is made for length gains. So there is no reason to believe it hurts length.
You say a shoulder harness.. Sounds like you did only one direction?
I used my extender downward, upward and did helicopter stretches into all directions between sets.

I also think you need to wear it everyday for at least some weeks. If you do too much of a pause without much intensity prior it will simply recoil.
You can also try heating the tissue at least at the start of the extending. Also applying very low force easing into stretches is good for the tissue to relax into expansion.

Its hard to overdo with an extender. What did you exactly do for how long?

I have a shoulder and leg harness. Used the leg rig primarily.
JP90 for 8-9 months, ADS 6-8 hrs, Also played around with x4 lads extender and vacuum pump. I did the stretching routine in the shower and used the ADS during the day at work. Probably not using it right stretching exercises is one mistake??

Bad or good replies. Are welcomed and appreciated. Knowledge. Like most, go with what works for the majority. My experience in life, the normal usually doesn’t work for me.

You need to go somewhere in the BPFSL range and beyond for 4+ hours a day. I feel a harness might not deliver this constantly(?).

4+ hours of intense extension with an X4 would be good. Adding the leg harness would be a + but alone on its own Im not so sure.

Then add some stretches into multiple directions like helicopter stretches 20 seconds+ into each direction(extending is one dimensional).
Then finish the day with some nice pumping. Jelqs, before or in pauses too.

Thanks guys for the replies. So far searches turned up, many have and or are using some kind of ADS supplemental to manual stretches, hanging , etc. A very few believe an ADS helped their gains. No negatives so far. Extenders/traction devices are a little different animal?? I think.

I’ll throw in, did a 2 month deacon break and on the newbie routine, had some help from a vet here.

I gained an inch within two weeks of using an X4 Labs Stretcher, and a little bit of hanging 1lb here and there. Albeit newbie gains I’m sure. I wear it 2-4 hours per day. It blew my mind as I’ve tried it before with not much success due to minimal commitment. I’ve done a variety of other PE work, but I’ve never gotten such results with pumping or jelqing. Obviously, I’ll keep at it as I don’t want to lose the length. I jelq once or twice a day for 10 minutes, and hand clamp after stretching. Sessions are typically 30 minutes each until 4 hours or I get tired of discomfort. I usually do the first hour close together. The rest of the sessions may trickle through the day.

My GF asked what my size was asked she appreciates what I offer. I told her I was about 7” (what I’ve measured for years -BPFSL) Then I asked if she wants to measure it. She said yes and when we did my BPFSL was 8”. In my head I was like, “no f’ing way!” I thought it looked longer, but couldn’t tell how much. Also, my erections have been hard as a rock.

I honestly don’t know what to say. I didn’t know that was possible. Certainly not that quick.

Does anyone know how long cementing takes?
