Any gains with just ADS

Has anybody made any significant length gains just using an ADS? I am looking at getting into hanging. So far I have only been using ADS and haven’t noticed any difference really. Has is been proven that hanging + ADS gives better results than just ADS by itself? Any help is appreciated.

I think just wearing the lead rings all the time improves your flaccid, but I doubt you will see any serious lig stretch from it. Hanging + ADS is the best method.

Do the newbie routine for a few months, then you can look at hanging/ADS

I don’t think anything “has been proven” about PE, at least not in a scientific way. But anecdotal experience of individuals points in that direction.

I’ve gained over half an inch from ADS only. I recommend it! It’s a great way to ease into the sport if you’re still uncertain if you’ll actually see gains. I plan on starting the newbie routine soon now that the magic has started for me.


Starting: 5.9" BPEL x 4.0" EG

Currently: 6.5" BPEL x ? EG (saving measurement for 1" BPEL gain milestone!)

Goals: 8"x6" (of course)
