ADS numbness

I started using a home made ads that is put together from the AFB hanger design. It’s not that stealthy but quick to put on and off. I wrap first before putting on the ads.

After about an hour I’ll take off the ads and my penis will be numb for little while. I check to see if my head is cold and it’s not just a slight cool. I’ll do some jelqs and feeling comes back.

Is this common or am I doing some thing wrong. I really like using the ADS but the numbness issue is keeping me from setting up a routine using it.

This is my first time starting a thread and all input is welcome.

I would say that numbness is something to avoid as much as possible, you are obviously loosing circulation, and possibly impinging on nerves .

An hour is pretty much the outer limit for duration when using such a device, especially if you are just starting !

Cut back to twenty minute sessions, and see if that eliminates the loss of feeling, and if so, stick with that for a while, and try gradually increasing the duration over time, as in weeks, or even months of time .

Also make sure to employ a generous warm up, and down .

Always err on the side of caution when your dick is involved .

I have the same issue, but I also seem to always get a slight erection by the time the hour is up. My head will be too engorged with blood and when I take off the ads It’s like I have a slight erection in the upper half of my unit. Also, the whole penis is thicker than it would usually. How can I prevent this from happening? I feel like this erection thing definitely hinders the stretching effect.

Lay off what is causing it. Then start again but keep the action at a lower rate.

Thanks for the advice Muscular_Beaver and I will cut down the time like you said to twenty minutes. I think cutting up an hour time into sets of twenty minutes will get me the same results with out the numbness and loss of feeling. Also you mention the warm up witch I will make sure to do any time I do any kind of PE exercise.
