Does anyone have any tips or advice if I want to get insane length gains? I’m looking for a routine that’s around 20 minutes so I can do it conveniently.

There is only one thing you can do. Manual stretching with heat.

It’s fine bro. It might have seemed a little toxic but were both here to be better men.

The most efficient thing to do is fix your mind and spend all that time living life, making money, chasing your dream car, hiking Italy and France, finding love instead of PE. Your dick is probably okay the way it is, and if you have a partner that wants something bigger buy a penis extension sleeve.

If your ego can’t handle that, then warm up, constant heat, BTC stretches until those gains stop, then manual stretches in all the other directions until those gains stop, then move on to a hanging system. In 5 years you’ll gain at least 1” in length or more if you’re consistent every week!
