Advice Needed
Hey everybody, so I have been reading up on the PI’s and the whole less is more/ more is more threads and I think I am starting to understand what I need to be looking out for to gain.
I started the routine really slow, probably doing 20-30 jelqs and and about a 10 second stretch in all directions 1 time . I measured in at about 6.25” BPEL and 4.5” EG before starting the newbie routine. After the first 2 days of the routine I was feeling pretty good about how my EQ and overall penis size was (this was before reading up on the PI’s and EQ) so I decided to up it a little bit to the full routine of 10 30 second stretches and 10 min of doing 3 second jelqs. The 10 min of jelqing actually ended up being 15 min because I didn’t realize how long it had been.
After the warm down my penis seemed to have shrunk quite a bit so I thought ok overdid that one and started researching the PI and EQ and found the great information that’s already been posted about watching what your body is telling you. Anyway, I decided yesterday to let my penis rest for the day (today) and then start back up on a 2 on 1 off schedule using the original super low intensity adjustments I made the first 2 days.
This brings us to the point I am looking for advice on: I woke up this morning and my morning wood was huge, couldn’t believe how it looked, I wasn’t able to measure it at the time so I don’t know how big exactly it was. By the time I could measure it my penis looked as though it had gone back to mostly normal although it I saw that my girth had gone from 4.5 to 4.6-4.75 (somewhat sketchy measuring so not sure on the exact size) and my length had returned to normal. I guess I am having a hard time figuring out the PI’s on this one, meaning I can’t tell if my workout I did yesterday was indeed overdoing it by the shrinkage and EQ loss I experienced for about 12-18 hours after or if the huge morning wood I had today means that it’s a positive PI and I should maybe try sticking to the full newbie routine 1 day on 1 day off. Either way I will be doing some experimenting on what seems to be the most optimal routine for me, I just wanted to see if anybody had insight on what the PI’s looked like to them.
Appreciate any feedback you guys have to offer, thanks.
