Advice on my current situation?
Hi everyone this is my first post and I just have a few questions to ask,
My stats are currently (BPEL: 7.6”) (NBPEL: 6.5”) (EG: 5”) I have only been doing PE for 2 weeks and have been doing a slightly altered Newbie routine which includes:
10 mins of heat wrap
15 mins of manual stretches
15 mins of 3 sec Jelqs
5 mins of heat wrap
50 5 sec Kegels. + Kegels throughout the day
1. I am thinking of targeting length first because I have heard it easier to gain length with less Girth and my goal is NBPEL-7.5x6 so would it be best to get to 7.5” first before worrying about girth?
2. Does anyone recommend any other exercises to include in my routine? I am thinking of maybe getting a extender in a month, would that be okay?
3. Could I perform manual stretches on my off days?
Also my EQ isn’t the best so any advice to help solve that would help.
