Advise on chairs for stealth extenders, ads use?

Long story short got me an extender, only issue is it’s pretty darn hard to sit in a chair with it on without having it feel like it’s going to slip off.

So far the best solution I’ve got without sacrificing my posture/lowerback is to sit at the very very edge of my chair so it meets the bone between the bicep femoris and the glutes then have my feet anchor myself to the backlegs of the chair so I don’t slip off. Downsides to this is it gets pretty painful on the butt and legs will stiffen up after a while.

Does anyone happen to have advise on this?

The simplest solution is to take a wooden chair abd jigsaw a notch out of the front for clearance. I did that for hanging.

If you want something stealthier, you might try one of those “ergonomic” chairs that has a butt pad and a knee pad; you basically kneel on it. It’s supposed to be good for your back.

Just lower the tension. When you place ADS straight out, which is more or less the position where max tension is achieved, and more or less the position it will be when seating down, lowering a bit the tension should solve this issue.
