After 1 month of PE
I have been doing PE for exactly a month with a 1 on/1 off routine. I cannot PE on consecutive days because I wouldn’t be able to keep up the consistency needed.
Start Routine
3 min hot wraps with 100 kegels
5 sets stretch in each direction
100 jelqs
2 set 25 jelq and hold
3 min hot wraps
Current Routine
3 min hot wraps with 100 kegels
10 v stretch
150 jelqs
2 set 25 jelq and hold
3 min hot wraps
What should I do to improve my routine?
