After my stretches, and jelqs I noticed my erection has increased an inch, temporarily. Girth also increases slightly. Is this normal? I regret to say.my penis goes from 4.5 to 5.5. It feels good, and feels like I’m making progress but I only know it’s temporary. For now atleast. Btw, I am a newbie, started last friday and trying to gain as much as I can. My routine is:

5 minutes hot wrap
60 second manual stretches in all directions
100 3-4 second jelqs (will be adding 10 every 3 sessions)

I tried ulis and v stretches today, is it too soon for those?

Anything I should be doing, or not be doing? And when should I start seeing permanent gains in my flaccid hang, erection and girth? I know it varies, but hows it been for you guys so far?

Temporary increase is a good thing. I think it’s too soon for uli, i don’t know about v-stretch never tried those (seniors chime in), and normal amount of time for seeing permanent increase in size is 1-2 months.

I finally decided to read up on all the PIs.

When should I start trying out ulis?they seemed easy enough, and didnt hurt much.

Anyone here know.when I do my manuals, and stretch up.is it normal not to feel any lig pull? Because I don’t, so I don’t know if stretching up for the 60 seconds is worth it.

i wouldn’t recommend using the uli until you are at least 2-3 months in, but thats just my personal opinion. It’s recommended to just milk the newbie routine all you can so that the more advance exercises are a shock to u and gains will continue at a good rate. Personally i didn’t feel any lig pull when i used to stretch, but i did feel the pull along the bottom of my dick.

In my most humble opinion, I think that if you advance too fast with more complex exercises, you will toughten up your unit and gains will be almost impossible to sustain.

So, it is my advice that you continue to squeeze all the juice of every exercise or combo of exercises until you cannot gain no more from that.

So.stick to manuals and jelqs for first few months sounds like a good idea.right?

Yes, the newbie routine would be your best choice IMO. Just be sure to measure each mont in order to verify that you continue gaining size.

When you stop gaining from the newbie routine, some changes will be needed but on the meantime, just stick with the newbie stuff.

Oh, I almost forgot, be sure to monitor your If´s and try to do kegels everyday to maintain a high EQ.
