After two months, absolutely no length gain

I’ve been doing the newbie routine to the T for two months. 5 minute warmup, 5 minutes stretching, 10 minute jelqing, and 5 minute cooldown. I am very happy with my girth gains (.25 gain). However, my BPEL is exactly the same as when I started. I don’t want to do hanging or use any devices. What can I do to start encouraging length gains? Should I just add more stretching time?

Give it another month and then add some advance stretches and pull as hard as you can stand to pull.

Maybe increase your stretching and jelqing times a bit. Just keep trying, PE is a long process.


Start (Aug.05): 6.6 BPEL x 4.375" EG

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!

Definately increase your stretching. If you are aiming for length, 5 minutes of stretching will not cut it IMO. Bump it up to 10 at least and increase 1 minute or so every 2-3 weeks.

A part of the newbie routine is a gradual increase in the time spent jelqing, with a suggested maximum time of 30 minutes. Try that, all the while closely watching your PIs. You may also want to experiment with the forcefulness of your jelqs, too, of course using ample common sense.

Although we all like to read about quick and easy gains, they aren’t guaranteed. Some have to stick with PE for quite a while before improvement in size becomes measurable. Hopefully, you are already seeing better EQ for all your efforts.

try jelqing at lower erection levels too.

With that time experience you don’t want to try anything new, but you can add some force to your jelq and stretch, or increase the routine and see what happens, before doing anything like that read the article that sparkys has written about the feedback that you might receive.

That’s generally a good guideline, not to change anything as long as you’re gaining. But what you’ve been doing is not exactly the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine. As Calfaddict notes, the Newbie Routine calls for you to increase your stretching and jelquing time gradually. From the Newbie Routine:

“Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.”

If you’re still at five minutes stretching and ten minutes jelqing, and your gains have plateaued, you’ve probably exhausted the gains that you’re going to get at that exercise level. It’s time to step things up a bit; gradually. You’re on the right track.

Stretch more! I stretch every chance I get. I try to pretend my hand is an ADS, and I stretch all the time. I stretch while driving. I stretch while standing in front of the urinal. I stretch while I’m laying in bed at night. I’m stretching right now and typing very slowly with one hand. I’d type faster, but Thunder is frikkin anal about spelling.

I hope I spelled “frikkin” right.

I wish I had measured my forearms before I started PEing, because I bet they’ve grown, too.

Ragekage gradually increase your stretching time, not to a point where you feel it is uncomfortable.
Also P.E takes time. Some of us may get gains within the first month others will have to wait for a bit longer.

Sam you had to understand there a lot of people who came in here that do not speak English like a native American, so some your you might use, even with dictionary became hard to translate.
