Almost 40% bigger in 8 months

9 months ago, I was an extreme non-believer in PE. As a physician for the last 20 years, I was taught that there is nothing you can do surgically to make your penis bigger. This is what I believed and this is what I told everybody who asked.

As a lark, I bought an x4 extender off of EBAY, never thinking it would work, but secretly hoping it might. Although of decent starting size and good girth 6nbpel , 6.7bpel and 5.7 eg, I always wanted to be the BIG guy, rather than “I love your size, my ex was too big”. I realized from reading the x4 message boards that the few people who actually did gain using this device, did so because they incorporated other methods jelq/stretch and was referred over to here. It took me 4 months before registration opened and I could finally sign on at Thunder’s.

During this time I Pe’d consistently, both using the extender and doing the jelq’s/ stretches. I voraciously read everything that I could, concentrating only on posts from people who have actually gained. It took me 3 months before I could definitely confirm my first gain, but once I saw my first 1/4 inch increase, I was hooked.

I continued to expand my PE repertoire, first buying a vac-hanger, which I use and then a BIB starter, that I haven’t gotten the time to figure out completely. I bought a Kaplan pump last month $70 off e-bay. Not sure if it’s going to help, but it’s sure fun to see what an 7 3/4 nbpel x 6.5 girth cock looks like while it’s in the tube.

My current routine is 6 days of PE/week. I start off with 3 hours using the extender, then 1hour of jelqing/stretching/pumping. 10 minutes of jelqing/stretching alternating with 10 minutes in the tube at 5 mm hg. Following this I use an Auto ADS for 10 hours.

In the last 8 months I have gained an inch in length nbpel 6 to 7. Bpel 6.8 to 7.8. And at least a half inch in girth EG 5.7 to 6.2 6.375 at the base. My flaccid has increased at least an inch from around 4 inches to between 5 and 6.

Some thoughts and opinions.
1.This is not a race, it’s a marathon. Prepare for the long haul. In the end it will be worth it.

2.Don’t take advice from people who have not gained. There is a lot of good advice on here, and some bad advice too. If somebody just joined and/or has not gained, why would you/should you listen to what they have to say. Concentrate on advice and opinions from people who know what they are talking about and have made the gains.

3.DO NOT OVERTRAIN or have unrealistic expectations. Your cock will not be 2 inches longer in 4 months, and the guy who said that his was is lying.

4. Use bone pressed measurements to chart your gains: If you will be spending the requisite hours/day to achieve gains 2 to 5 hours a day, you will probably find that your time available to exercise decreases and you may find that you put on 5 or 10 pounds during this year. Although that does not seem like much it could make your fat pad 1/2 inch thicker decreasing your non bonepressed gains by 1/2 inch. I think a lot of people quit PE in frustration, thinking it didn’t work because their non bonepressed length did not get bigger; If they had used bone pressed measurements they would have found that their cock got bigger, but their fat pad did too, hiding some of their gains.

5. When you have spare time on your hands, find a way to stretch your cock. I will wear my extender when I go to bed, taking it off before I roll over to go to sleep, and again in the am. Conversely; I will put it on in the am, before I get out of bed. Fowfers while driving or lying in bed; pisspulls/ stretching when you go to the bathroom to pee; wearing an ADS during the day when you are at work. There are constant opportunities to provide a stretch to your unit. Take advantage of them.

Whoops! Title should have been almost 40% bigger in 8 months. My bad

Fixed. :)

Nice post and nice gains, that’s a pretty big tool you’re carrying!

Nice to hear this from a former non-believer in PE, and a physician.
Thanks for the good advices.

By the way, do you plan to stop PE or you’ll continue? What is your goal?
Good luck.

Great gains and welcome to Thunders. I am not a physician, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night!

First time I heard a physician of 20 years say, “my bad.”

Good post toobsnake! Good advice.

We all need to challenge the pre-conceived ideas that are taught to us about anything. If we all knew everything there is to know it would be different, but that will never happen. Especially with Western Medicine (imo).

It’s lucky that you did challenge it otherwise you wouldn’t be here. Congrats on the gains.

Congratulations on both your gains and having a chance to reframe your knowledge!

You may also want to consider including a BP Flaccid Stretched Length [“BPFSL”] measurement.

As it requires no, ahem, cooperation, you only see the actual tissue expansion it self.

Again, congratulations and welcome to TP.

Toobsnake: I know you’re a physician and probably don’t have time to post much, but I wonder why doctors do not think PE is possible.

What is the reason that physicians are made to believe that makes PE not work? I am actually considering becoming a physician and have studied human anatomy and cannot see how it couldn’t work.

Is there a specific reason why doctors are taught this nonsense?

Current stats: [7.5 BPEL * 4.9 EG]

GOAL: [8 NBPEL * 6 EG]

Perception is reality.

Thanks guys for the support. In response to your questions.
1. BPFSL varies between 8 1/4 and 8 3/8.

2. Plan to keep PEing until the wife complains about it, and/or anal and oral become too difficult for her. She’s digging the change and given that her ex was 6foot 8inches tall, I no longer have to feel like the little guy. Would like to get to 8 x 6 NBP. We spend a lot of time at nudist resorts, so would like even more to get to consistently 6 to 7 inches flaccid and see all the other ladies eyes staring at me subconsciously.

3.Physicians are taught in medical school to question everything and not to believe that something is possible until research proves it to be.

In the case of Penis Enlargement this would involve controlled prospective clinical trials. Take 100 or better yet 1000 guys, take careful measurements before, have them do a PE program and chart their progress. The problem is there is no money to do this sort of study as their is no drug company or anyone else set for financial gain from it, and even if there was, the results would still be inconclusive as the majority of participants would lack the required dedication and commitment to achieve results and there would be a huge percentage that would drop out and be lost to followup. Critics of the few people who actually posted gains would state that their initial measurements were inaccurate. Finally, PE is not without the possibility of risk and those who were injured would try to sue the bejesus out of whoever set up the study.

The majority of people who start PE will probably fail secondary to lack of time, commitment, dedication or belief that it is truly possible; or because they are using something that doesn’t work (pills, creams, supplements etc.)
This percentage is certainly much less at a site like this, but I believe still holds true. It is possible to enlarge your penis, but it takes time and perseverance that many people don’t have. Good luck to all.

Nice, and congratulations!!!

Good post. I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say we are glad to have a DR. On here who believes and proved it to work.

Congrats on the gains. I enjoy reading success stories on here (especially if it is from a dr.that once thought otherwise when it came to PE).
