Almost 40% bigger in 8 months
9 months ago, I was an extreme non-believer in PE. As a physician for the last 20 years, I was taught that there is nothing you can do surgically to make your penis bigger. This is what I believed and this is what I told everybody who asked.
As a lark, I bought an x4 extender off of EBAY, never thinking it would work, but secretly hoping it might. Although of decent starting size and good girth 6nbpel , 6.7bpel and 5.7 eg, I always wanted to be the BIG guy, rather than “I love your size, my ex was too big”. I realized from reading the x4 message boards that the few people who actually did gain using this device, did so because they incorporated other methods jelq/stretch and was referred over to here. It took me 4 months before registration opened and I could finally sign on at Thunder’s.
During this time I Pe’d consistently, both using the extender and doing the jelq’s/ stretches. I voraciously read everything that I could, concentrating only on posts from people who have actually gained. It took me 3 months before I could definitely confirm my first gain, but once I saw my first 1/4 inch increase, I was hooked.
I continued to expand my PE repertoire, first buying a vac-hanger, which I use and then a BIB starter, that I haven’t gotten the time to figure out completely. I bought a Kaplan pump last month $70 off e-bay. Not sure if it’s going to help, but it’s sure fun to see what an 7 3/4 nbpel x 6.5 girth cock looks like while it’s in the tube.
My current routine is 6 days of PE/week. I start off with 3 hours using the extender, then 1hour of jelqing/stretching/pumping. 10 minutes of jelqing/stretching alternating with 10 minutes in the tube at 5 mm hg. Following this I use an Auto ADS for 10 hours.
In the last 8 months I have gained an inch in length nbpel 6 to 7. Bpel 6.8 to 7.8. And at least a half inch in girth EG 5.7 to 6.2 6.375 at the base. My flaccid has increased at least an inch from around 4 inches to between 5 and 6.
Some thoughts and opinions.
1.This is not a race, it’s a marathon. Prepare for the long haul. In the end it will be worth it.
2.Don’t take advice from people who have not gained. There is a lot of good advice on here, and some bad advice too. If somebody just joined and/or has not gained, why would you/should you listen to what they have to say. Concentrate on advice and opinions from people who know what they are talking about and have made the gains.
3.DO NOT OVERTRAIN or have unrealistic expectations. Your cock will not be 2 inches longer in 4 months, and the guy who said that his was is lying.
4. Use bone pressed measurements to chart your gains: If you will be spending the requisite hours/day to achieve gains 2 to 5 hours a day, you will probably find that your time available to exercise decreases and you may find that you put on 5 or 10 pounds during this year. Although that does not seem like much it could make your fat pad 1/2 inch thicker decreasing your non bonepressed gains by 1/2 inch. I think a lot of people quit PE in frustration, thinking it didn’t work because their non bonepressed length did not get bigger; If they had used bone pressed measurements they would have found that their cock got bigger, but their fat pad did too, hiding some of their gains.
5. When you have spare time on your hands, find a way to stretch your cock. I will wear my extender when I go to bed, taking it off before I roll over to go to sleep, and again in the am. Conversely; I will put it on in the am, before I get out of bed. Fowfers while driving or lying in bed; pisspulls/ stretching when you go to the bathroom to pee; wearing an ADS during the day when you are at work. There are constant opportunities to provide a stretch to your unit. Take advantage of them.
