AM after girth routine?

My routine consists of jelq-ULI and Sadsak head and If done correctly it gives me a good flaccid expansion afterwards.
I’m currently doing it with a 10 minutes AM 2.0 at the end because it should fill the chambers with oxygenated fresh blood so the repairing process would start efficiently.
The fact is just a few minutes after I start the AM part , my penis returns to his normal size and also the flaccid will not be plumped as well.
Is it a negative sign?
Should I do it at a different part of the day maybe?

P. S: I’m doing AM 2.0 from few months now and it worked well for blood vessels developing, so that’s not the problem.

I don’t know what the AM 2.0 is, but your body will fill the chambers with oxygenated fresh blood so the repairing process will start efficiently. Are you talking about that thing where you squeeze the head of your dick and get that squelching sensation down the length of the superficial dorsal vein? Getting and losing an erection or two will move more “new blood” into your penis than anything else. Try that and see if you don’t get an improved “flaccid hang” after your workout.

I like to do edging for at least 15 min and it gives me a good flaccid hang. AM 2.0 ( the exercise you described) after the workout should be like the best thing so far, at least theoretically, to fill the penis with new fresh blood, but like I said, it doesn’t give me that better flaccid size.

The problem is, when you say “theoretically”, all the theory the author of the AM had about what effect the exercise was having on your anatomy, was totally silly. I say edge if you’re gonna, but while the AM 1 version was a specific form of edging, the v2 exercise is something else. Some sort of CS targeted jelquing, followed by a squeeze. I’d try the original, thumb over thumb type of edging and see if that doesn’t get you a better result. The 2.0 version might be good for circulatory vessel expansion, but it doesn’t exert outward pressure against the tunica the way a full fledged erection does. Good luck.
