Hi there guys,

I’ve been doing PE since about last October and I have mainly focused on length work (stretching, 20-30% EQ jelqing).
I think I have come to a point where I should slowly start doing girth work, or do you disagree?
I have 0.25 - 0.5 EL left, which I am in no hurry to gain!

For about last 2-3 months, I have been doing squeezes; 20 working up to ~35.
The recommendation was to start at 10, work up to max. 50.
I have not gained anything girth wise though =/
I have been doing these initially at about 60-80% EQ then for a good portion of time I did them very carefully at 80-100% EQ.
I even used constant heating throughout (air heater).

But before I blindly go ahead with a routine I just came up, I figured I ask you guys, those who are more experienced, to help me out.
I had the following in mind:
- 10 min of 80-100% EQ careful, wet jelqing
- 10 min of 0-20% EQ o-bends (mainly for base girth, focusing the ~fulcrum at base, or rather, the thinnest part)
I’d like to note that I like to keep things short. For me, less is more I think!

As you can see from my signature, I am 5.5 MSEG / 5.0 BEG.
The sad part is, at some point in between mid shaft and base, there is the smallest part, which is about 4.9 or something =/
So, viewing it from base to tip, its like:
Thickish - thin - thickest >.<
Its not exactly reverse cone and I’m not sure whether this is the baseball bat shape.

My main goal, for the time being, is to even that out!
For that reason, should I drop the wet jelqs and only focus on the thinnest part (via o-bends) or do I need the jelqs to even jump-start girth gains?
I read about squeezes targeting specific parts of the shaft (using both hands, ok-grips and compressing the shaft towards the thinnest part to engorge it.. And whatnot)
But I am not very fond of squeezes in general. I gained nothing and I don’t feel comfortable doing them :(

I would be very happy with 5.5 girth across my entire penis.
Obviously I want more, but one step at a time :P

PS: Btw. Only manual routines, no devices, at least not yet!
PS2: I am not a lazy bum, I have done research! I am just not sure what exactly to do.

What you have thought as a routine, seems ok to me

Perhaps bends with a tourniquet grip above the base and just below where the shaft is thinner will do the trick. Meaning that you should start bending the thinner part of the shaft . Pump some blood first and then bend.

You know what. I have an idea. Make two tourniquet grips. One below and one above the thinner part of the shaft. Kegel to pump some blood and squeeze the grips. Hold and bend. That should isolate the thin part quite well. You might need like 50% of erection as I think of it.

It’s just an idea. I haven’t tried it. Does this make sense?

In my opinion and experience with jelqs, there is no point in doing erect jelqs because when you are totally erect, you can’t “push” or “move” the blood inside your penis (at least not very well). I tried once to jelq with full blast and just don’t seen right, something like: it is doing nothing or I will get injuried.

Girth needs rest days and I believe 1 ON followed by 1 OFF is spot on (if you feel the penis is sore or worked after the rest day, then 1 ON and 2 OFF).

The squeezes that bill10 talked about sounds a good idea to try.

Don’t give up, someday girth will start to show up. For me, took 1 year to start.

Yeah it makes sense.. Isn’t that pretty much what the o-bends are all about?
Well anyway that was how I was picturing doing them.
One thing though, what exactly are tourniquet grips. What I imagine is gripping around the thinnest part, as you described, engorging the thinnest part with blood and then bending. The upper grip/hand needs to press all the blood down from the upper shaft to the thinnest part, so is that the tourniquet grip (all-hand grip), that accomplishes that?

I might split up the entire routine such that girth work is done 1on 1 (or more) off while the full routine (length + girth) is done 2on1off 2on2off — while respecting the girth cycle (leaving out girth work on those days, only stretching).
Regarding full erection jelqs. The problem with me is that I can hardly maintain a close-to-full-erection state (70-80% EQ). Its either low (<50% EQ) or, the moment it gets fully engorged and I touch it and move blood around, it gets fully erect =/
But I know what you mean with not being able to move blood around while fully erect. It just becomes so stiff that you don’t feel it move around. I will try to keep it at 80% to accomplish that. I’ll see.

Listen, I was thinking for a very long time, to try a routine that may hit only girth. I didn’t make this decision,cause my wife had a bad experience with an ex with too much girth plus she likes my penis as it is now cause she can barely deepthroat it. You know she likes to have that choking feeling but not too extrem cause the other guy nearly killed her every single time, trying to shove it down her neck. She likes giving head, turns her on and wants to do it properly and easily.

That is why I am mainting curent size 7 months now doing a simple maintainance routine twice a week.

But…. I think she can squeeze a litlte bit more girth. Nothing crazy, maybe 0.2-0.3 more below 6 surely.

So, cause I wrote enough, I was thinking starting something like this after gaving it much thought.

No warm up. I want it as rough as it can be.

4 sets of 25 3 sec dry jelqs. Between the sets orange bends and squeezes, holding for 10 sec both.

I won’t change a thing I will only add 20 jelqs in total every week as I progress.5 in every set.

I will be doing it for 2 months and since girth needs a good resting time, schedule will be Monday -Wednesday-Friday.

I think I might get good results. It is not off topic what I am writing and I believe I am not hijacking your thread, since, well, the post is on topic.

How about that? Maybe you should do what you suggested, I think it is good and let me try it for you and report, since I have made up my mind to do it.

Maybe we can help each other here.

He your wife is already barely taking it, you should not aim for more than 0.1, max 0.2.
If I was in your shoes, I would actually reconsider.

I personally think that the range 5.75 - 6.00 is not a problematic one that’s why I have no problem aiming for it but in your case, it might backfire.
But in any case, if you decide to go for it, Id love to exchange ideas, progress and whatnot with you.

Regarding what you wrote about no warming up.. Well.. I don’t agree with that idea, I have read many times at many places that heat is positive.
Since you seem to be longer at the PE game, you might know better but I will keep heating.

Btw. I read a few of your posts on other threads where you really advice people to reconsider aiming for high girth, which is perhaps because of your wife.
You seem to be very cautious in this regard but have you actually.. Well.. Measured how much your wife can take?
I know this is kinda comical, but roll up cylinders of varying sizes, like 5.5, 5.75, 6.00, 6.25 and so on and shove them down your wifes throat.
But don’t ask me how to approach the wife with this idea xD I think if she knows you do PE and she knows you actually can & already have increased
Your size, this might not seem too far fetched for her to actually find out a limit. It will probably show her you care.

Well, her issue is only orally. Vagina can stretch more. She is one with those big ones. I am generally against over 6 girth except if someone is totally sure that his girl can handle it and like it and has no intention of letting that girl go. I ‘ve been through this, I won’t analyse more.

But I don’t want to fuck this up. I have to be very carefull. Just a bit more girth. 0.2 max. I will be monitoring closely. I know her no, no point is clearly above 6 from what she had described me years ago. Current girth is ideal to her. I think she can handle. I asked. On the other hand, she was choking on it yesterday, but you know….smiling and quick stroking followed so…. Fuck it… I’ll do it.

Heat is the most important thing in PE. No doubt about it. No doubts there.

I just want to do it differently this time. Think of it as a test and me as the lab rat. I have a good eye for injuries, so I am not worried.

Ulis might be a good idea. Actually….. it is a good idea. I will use it during jelqs.

When are you starting? Do you consider taking a one week break before?

I am starting in May, right now I’m in my one month decon break..

I have had 2 cycles of 6 weeks on, 1 week off and have concluded that rests jump start gains for me!
Therefore, right now, I am experimenting with longer resting periods.
This is my first month off, I am planning on 3 months on, 1 off. Will be more dynamic though, Ill continue as long as I gain (usually 2 months), once it stops, go for another month (3rd month, little bit of cementing) and take the next entire month off.
Later on I might also throw in a week off in-between the two months or sth. But I’m not sure yet. Depending on how effective this macro schedule is, I might not even consider!
