Pure girth and EQ routine
A little backstory:
On the first time I took interest on PE (2 or 3 years ago) I did a basic warmup+stretch+jelqwarmdown routine for 2 months, and it was working. I started at 5” NBPEL / 5” girth and ended up at around 6” / 5.2”.
Then I stopped and I went back to the initial 5” by 5” over time.
Now, looking for an improved EQ, I’m back to a basic PE routine. Well, while I’m not displeased with my humble 5x5, I figured that if I’m already putting effort into this, I could even gain some girth..
Right now I’m doing:
5 mins warm up
10 - 15 mins jelqing
1 or 2 sets of 5-mins pumping
5 mins warm up
Well, it has been 1 week and this is already giving me an improved EQ, which is my main goal. But, considering that:
- My final goal over the years would be something like 7” girth (but I’d be happy with at least 6” girth)
- I absolutely HATE stretching, can’t bother doing it
- I don’t want to gain more than 1 inch in length, which jelqing alone should suffice (nothing feels as good as shoving it all balls deep inside, I don’t want women complaining about pain when a 9” dick is murdering their cervix)
The question is: Will sticking with this routine forever be enough to put on girth over time or should I include girth exercises after some months? (Also, what are the best exercises for general EQ?)
