Hello gentlemen,

My question here is pretty concise, Am I hanging too much? I’m fairly new to P.E I have been hanging for a few weeks now with 5 pounds. I use the lenghtmaster, now, I train 5 days a week with 2 days off. I work from home so on training days I hang 3 to 4 hours.. I don’t experience any pain or anything like that, I do feel that penile exhaustion that it is so talked about. Sometimes 1.5 hours in sometimes 45 mins, it depends how my dick is feeling that day I guess. Something worth mentioning is that I get a tiny bit of blood coming out of my urethra maybe 1/8 of a drop. Since there is no pain I haven’t really been alarmed by this. After all that I go and use the bathmate for girth 5x5x3. Is this too much even though I’m not in any pain? Obviously, want to maximize my growth but I don’t want to do too much as it’s counterproductive in terms of growth.. Would appreciate if experienced members would pitch in on this!

If you’re new to PE, you shouldn’t be hanging at all. So yes!

First there is no problem in starting PE with hanging, let that be very clear.

Second, if you don’t feel fatigue in early sets you are not hanging with a good force, then you are not hanging enough.

Third, I don’t know what type of hanger you use, so that problem with blood coming out of your urethra you should ask with the company that made it.

Fourth, You shouldn’t hanging and pump in the same routine.

Well we are about 6 weeks too late for that, would the amount that I’m hanging would be not good to an already trained penis?

I never pump before hang I know that creates problems usually I pump later on at night.

Your doing to much period. End of story. You should not be hanging and using a bathmate after. I did this and I had years of PE experience behind me and it was counterproductive.

Although, My eagerness and my drive to succeed kind of makes me not want to back off, I will reduce the hanging to about an hour and a half per day (7.5 hours/week)
