AM I hanging too much?
Hello gentlemen,
My question here is pretty concise, Am I hanging too much? I’m fairly new to P.E I have been hanging for a few weeks now with 5 pounds. I use the lenghtmaster, now, I train 5 days a week with 2 days off. I work from home so on training days I hang 3 to 4 hours.. I don’t experience any pain or anything like that, I do feel that penile exhaustion that it is so talked about. Sometimes 1.5 hours in sometimes 45 mins, it depends how my dick is feeling that day I guess. Something worth mentioning is that I get a tiny bit of blood coming out of my urethra maybe 1/8 of a drop. Since there is no pain I haven’t really been alarmed by this. After all that I go and use the bathmate for girth 5x5x3. Is this too much even though I’m not in any pain? Obviously, want to maximize my growth but I don’t want to do too much as it’s counterproductive in terms of growth.. Would appreciate if experienced members would pitch in on this!
