Am I Overtraining?
Hello all,
I have been practicing PE with an extender for about 9 months now. I would like to think that I am conditioned. Recently I have transitioned to hanging. For the last 2 months, I have increased the weight every two weeks by 0.25lbs focusing on SD hanging for about 3 hours a day. I am on 3.5lbs now.
My question is, do you think it is over-training if I supplement the 3 hour hanging with an additional 6-10 hours of light extending at about 1200-1800g and then using a silicon sleeve to remain extended overnight? My thoughts are that should remain in a fatigued state as long as possible?
