Andropenis Extender Comfort Questions

Have any of you figured out how to use the comfort kit? I’ve been searching for videos or picture or descriptions but I haven’t found anything. The head of my penis turns purple within 1 hour of using the extender because I have to make it so tight for it to stay on. If you have any advice on using this device, I’d greatly appreciate it.
