im so glad if found this website and am reading how this actually works i was considering wasting my money on magna rx until i came across this website i cant wait to get started. im wondering about how long does it take for a response from ur moderator??? cuz i really wanna get started.
also, im sure the moderator i get assigned to will tell me everyhting and answer all questions but can some1 please explain w/o using all the PE terms how to find out the LOT this seems to be important to predict what kind of gains i can expect thanks

Start by reading the Forum Guidelines found in the faq, button is at the top of every page. Then start at the top of the Newbie Forum and read down. At least the first 5 or 6 threads. That will give you a lot of information, a lot of inspiration and some ideas on getting started.
