Any Advice from Veterans to a Newbie is Appreciated
Thank you first of all to the site and everyone who posts! I have found the information to be of great help. This will be my 2ND time attempting PE in my life the first was about 16 years ago and I sort of did a few stretches and jelqs off and on for about 6 months. I did see some gains but didn’t take it real serious.
I am now in my early 40s and a few years ago started to see my EQ go down. I was looking around and saw that PE may be able to help. So I am now in week 5 of my now serious stint at PE. I was hoping to get advice from our resident experts on my ability to measure and my current routine. As I said EQ has been an issue. Its not that it doesn’t happen its just that it might only be 75-85%. Gets the job done but not what I would want. So when I tried to take my first measurements. I know they were not 100% accurate. I was also reading that the best way to measure is from the top. I do have and always have had a decent fat pad. Even when I had low body fat %. I tried to measure that way but it pulls my penis inside because it is so deep. From the side I am able to get a decent measurement. However, I do not want to “cheat” on my measurements. Any advice is greatly appreciated. ( I will say that I have been able to get a couple of very decent erections since starting PE. I would love to see this be consistent again.)
I am putting my current routine and my past routine from the month to show progression. If I need to change things up or advance quicker etc. I am all ears. I plan to Go 6 weeks and then take a week or two off. I planned to measure for any gains during that rest time.
Routine Week 1 and 2 - 2 on 1 Off 2 on 2 Off
Straight Out Stretch 10 Count - 2 Sets (3xRight Hand 3xLeft Hand)
Down Angle 10 Count - 2 Sets (3xRight 3xLeft)
Rotator 2 Sets 3 x Clockwise 3x Counterclockwise
Super Stretch Downward 10 Count - 2 Sets (3xRight Hand 3xLeft Hand)
Straight Out Stretch 1/2 Twisted 10 Count - 2 Sets (3xRight Hand 3xLeft Hand)
Straight Out Stretch 1 Twist 10 Count 1Set (3xRight Hand 3xLeft Hand)
60 Jelqs
Week 3 and 4
Same as above but changed all counts to 15 and added
Fulcrum Down 15 Count 2 Sets (3xRight Hand 3xLeft Hand)
Straight Out Stretch 1 Twist 15 Count 2 Sets (3xRight Hand 3xLeft Hand)
Straight Out Stretch 1 1/2 Twist 15 Count 2 Sets (3xRight Hand 3xLeft Hand)
Changed to 100 Jelqs and 10 Manual clamps
Week 5 and 6
Same as week 3 and 4 but changed numbers to 4xRight and Left
Added Upward Fulcrum
Changed Jelqs to 200 and 10 Manual Clamps
