Newbie Routine need some advice about EQ
Hi Guys,
I did PE on and off for a while last year and notice that my EQ got a lot better - but I stopped just out of consistency.
I’m now about a month in to the newbie routine - but haven’t really noticed to many gains so am going to take a break.
My question is, ever since I split with my long term girlfriend who a week later was already with another guy (about 2 weeks ago) my EQ is just non existent and I don’t really feel motivated considering I have a lot on my mind - is this something that could effect this?
I’m not sure if its in relation to me starting PE again that means my EQ is going down because it didn’t affect it before.
I am currently on hold with PE/Masturbating until April and hope that will help.
Any homies got some advice - should I “reset” or continue?
